Pickup Details This tour includes pickup from both cruise ports in Roatán. Guests will meet their AT21 TOURS ROATÁN representative at a clearly designated meeting point located just outside the secure port area. These locations are well marked and commonly used by licensed tour operators. Our representative will be waiting with an AT21 TOURS ROATÁN sign. If you’re docking at Port of Roatán (Coxen Hole): After disembarking, walk through the terminal area past the shops and vendor kiosks. Follow signs to “Downtown Exit” or Gate #1. Exit through Security Gate #1, where you will meet your AT21 TOURS ROATÁN representative just outside the gate. If you’re docking at Mahogany Bay (Isla Tropicale): After exiting the ship, walk through the Mahogany Bay shopping area to the end of the covered walkway near the Carnival taxis and buses. Turn left and walk uphill along the paved road toward the security gate. After passing through the gate, meet your AT21 TOURS ROATÁN representative just outside the gate at the bottom of the small hill.

Puntual and amazing experience. The cost was not as bad compared to the great family time. Definitely will come back.
Beautiful beach, good service, clean and everyone of th service people were great. Only negative was how long it took to get on a bus, and get moving. 35 minute drive.. but is was great upon arrival.

We also appreciate your feedback about the pickup. Since local tour operators aren’t permitted to meet guests inside Isla Tropicale’s cruise terminal, there’s a short walk to the designated meeting area just outside the port. Depending on how busy the terminal is, it can occasionally take a little longer to get everyone on their way, but we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the rest of your day once you arrived at the beach.

We used A21 tour guide Marta. She was amazing. We had a wonderful time as WestBay Beach and Marta helped us get front row beach loungers with umbrellas. After she drove us to a restaurant for a delicious lunch then to an amazing souvenir shop. It was a wonderful day and most of thst was due to her and her priority making our day memorable.

Angie was our driver and she was fantastic. She was prompt, knowledge and offered suggestions. Upon arriving at the resort she showed us around and secured our lounge chairs. The drinks at the resort were just fine. They were a bit watered down.
the Beach itself was fabulous. walking up and down the West bay Beach we were able to check out other resorts and restaurants.

I booked the excursion on Viator.com, super easy. It included also the transportation, the driver was punctual, on time waiting, very infomative about the area. The beach was clean, the water was warm and transparent, we had a great time.
