For Airport Travelers: Look for drivers with the Roatan Airport Shuttles shirt, signs and logos at local ports, airports and your desired pick-up destination. We will confirm the name of your driver prior to your arrival. For Ferry Guests: After you disembark and you get your luggage , look for us inside the terminal holding a sign with our name and logo (Roatan Airport Shuttles). Your driver will also have a sign with your name on it. Given the hours for ferry arrivals we recommend a speedy disembarking process. For Return Pick-ups (Hotels, Airbnbs, etc): Our company will reach out to you through text, WhatsApp or email to verify your return trip and best time for pickup. Pickup for departure will take place 3 hours before your plane departs. For national flights the pick-up time is 2 hours before flight departure.

Adrian was Amazing. We were able to use him and his company for other things we wanted to do, and we don’t regret it. If you want a specific agent/guide , must get approved through company, they’ll make it happen most of the time, but if too busy, you may be out of luck, but We were very understanding and it didn’t bother us at all. Adrian is sweet, personable, friendly, funny , and professional .

When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name.
He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

From the moment I stepped foot at the airport the driver , Adrien was there holding a sign with a welcoming smile . He carried my bags and gave me lots of information during the drive about the island . He even stopped at a store for us. He was very friendly , professional and kind hearted . Lots of help. The best driver. Mario was so communicative and prompt. Even took me to get food and currency. Was safe the whole time and gave a mini tour along the way sharing local places to visit. Nerayda was my return driver and she was also prompt and friendly. Would book every time and they do local tours for excursions.
