Kerit is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and GOD SENT! He is courteous and accommodating. He knows his way around the island and allowed me and my mom to customize our experience by exploring various areas on the island. We tasted chocolate, went to a souvenir shop, rum factory, the beach, and ate some awesome seafood and oxtails. I plan to come back on my next visit and book with him! Ask for Kerit for a fun, customizable, and knowledgeable experience.

Our tour guy Ed was great!! The experience was really “build your own” he was knowledgeable of the best photo ops of the island, took us to have a unique dish of iguana for lunch, the zip lining was the longest I’ve ever down and beautiful through the jungle! Ed was personable and a great driver.

We were given a fantastic tour of the west part of the island by our driver Kiwet. We visited the animal sanctuary and the beach. Kiwet was really friendly and helped to make our tour the best experience possible.

The instructions for where to start our tour were very vague - "to the top of the hill" is wrong. Had it not been for the local taxi driver's help, calling several places to find out our driver who was at a different pickup point, we would have been left stranded. (And yes we were at the right place. When the driver arrived she could not find our reservation even though I had my receipt with our conference number on it. Once she finally found it the tour was great. (The driver was not originally assigned to us and that's why she had to come from another pickup place.

Hello Good afternoon, we do accept that we had and misunderstanding with the pickup, since you didn't add to your reservation any details about your port our ship name we try contacting you days before the cruise but dint get no response like we do with every other client when they dont add there pickup location our ship name we assume you we at the other port becuase of the timing that you selected, it only took 15 minutes to move from one port to the other,i Thyira Hurlston owner of the company when personally to pick you all up, it was a bit confusion with the name you had your reservation under, we ask all guess when giving your name upon arrival please make sure its the lead name that you have your reservation under, becuase thats. the name we have in our agenda, and also if you are not sure of the port you are coming into please just add the name of your ship that way we will now your exact pickup location.
despite the confusion i did enjoy the day with you very happy people who knows how to enjoy there vacation.

We had the best time with Brion Dixon. We had a lot of laughs. We saw the sloths, went shopping with lots of pictures, and went to the brewery. We chose how we wanted to spend our time. It was so much fun!

Vincent was polite, genuine, knowledgeable, considerate, and kind. From the moment we told him what we wanted from the tour, he obliged and advised us of all our options. Eventually, customized our tour with input from both of us.
We felt safe and secure in the air conditioned van. We cannot think of anything that could be improved upon. When we are back in Roatan, we will be reserving another tour with Vincent to see additional areas. Completely satisfied beyond belief!

Josh allowed us to customize our tour around Roatan today. We chose to visit with some local animals and got to hold a sloth! We stopped at the local chocolate factory and after tasting we spent way too much money! So many choices of chocolate and we had to have some of each. He then took us to a lovely hilltop restaurant for a yummy local lunch. The views were free! He was a very safe driver and as a local, very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when we come back.

Perfect day! Stanley was a perfect driver and guide. He did a fantastic job telling us about the island and took us to a delicious little local spot for lunch. Enjoyed gorgeous scenic views too many to name. Loved the chocolate factory and rum cake tasting. Also did a wonderful job helping us transfer my father-in-law in and out of the van and into his wheelchair at every stop. Cannot recommend this tour enough!

They have suggestions for you to see certain things on the island, but you let them know what you wanna to see and they will try to make it happen in the that time frame.
Our guides name was Karina. She was very friendly and showed us many places in Rotan.

Derren, our driver, was excellent. He educated us about the areas we traveled to. His English was strong. He was professional and courteous.
Weather did not allow us to snorkel where we intended. Derren offered an alternate what was great. He stayed with our belongings so that we could enjoy the resort and beach without worry. We also visited a rum and chocolate maker.
Booking was easy and would use Viator again. Make sure you select the correct cruise port-there are two. I selected the wrong one. A call to the help center and we were quickly on our way.

Josh, our driver, was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a choose your own activities tour. You pay for the driver to be in a comfortable air conditioned van. This is a private tour so you can come and go as you please. We left at 11:00, which means that we did not have all the tour groups clamoring to see things. We went to the sloth and monkey tour given by a charming young man who was delightful. This venue also had macaws, and a pretty butterfly garden. It was $20 per person (bring cash). We asked Josh to take us all around the island where we saw the west end, the resort areas etc. we capped off with lunch with a delightful fresh red snapper at a hole in the wall restaurant called Paradise Jungle restaurant and zip line. Biggest tip, bring American dollars. Otherwise some shops and restaurants charge high convenience fees. Josh’s 2K tours was wonderful and I highly recommend this tour!

We met only the car driver. He provided some info about the island but very limited.
The title of the tour is “best of Roatan” which is misleading. The animal park which is probably only interested place on this island was not included.

All stops listed in the tour description were completed exactly as advertised. During the tour, the guests chose not to exit the vehicle at several locations, which was entirely their decision.
Entrance fees for activities are not included, as clearly stated in the tour description. The guests declined participation and did not wish to pay for any activity fees.
Our driver remained professional throughout the experience, despite costumer behavior.
We are proud to consistently maintain five-star reviews. This tour is described as private and customizable because guests have the option to add activities of their choice and enjoy a private vehicle exclusively for their family or group.

Rex was our driver and he was excellent at telling us what was available to see on our private excursion we were two couples who had never been to roatan before. We first went and saw a great lookout spot for some pictures and several souvenir shops. then off to see the monkeys and the sloths from there we went to the chocolate factory and then we went on a glass bottom boat tour. The fee for the monkeys and the glass bottom we're not included but we knew that when we booked the trip. The only hiccup was we thought we had a boat scheduled at 12:30 but the boat was full when we arrived at the destination and had to wait but it was still a beautiful beach to wait on and we could wade in the water or shop in the little shops on the beach on the West end. We had a great time and was accommodated even though we had a wheelchair. There was a lot of traffic coming back because there were six ships in Port that day but our driver Rex said he would get us to the pier on time and he did even though we saw many other people get out of there cab or van and walk on the sidewalk Rex assured us that we would be right up at the pier when you let us off. He definitely knew what he was doing with the traffic in roatan. Snorkeling was an option but since only one of the four of my group wanted to go snorkeling we did not take that option. I like this type of custom tour because we could spend as much or as little time at each spot and go to the places that we wanted to see as many other tours included the rum distillery we were not interested in that and thus did not go to have rum tasting. The $20 for the animal farm did seem a bit high because there were few animals to see only two slots and a few monkeys it was a fairly short tour but this is nothing against Viator or Rex not in their control. The glass boat was really neat, you sat and could see out to the left or the right not just through the floor of the boat. Highly recommend all we did and the expert drive and narration by Rex!

Easy, reasonable pricing , knowledgeable tour guide. Vincent our guide was very young and energetic. He had a vast knowledge of the island and a good handle on spoken English. He was very good hearted and open. He assisted my father who is visually impaired and elderly like he was his own relative. Highlights were sloth and monkey parks and the local lunch.

My husband and I had a wonderful time with Karina! She was so knowledgeable and also personable. She cared about what we wanted to do and made sure to make it happen. She took us all over the island and to some of the places her herself go to on a day off. We enjoyed the beach, the chocolate factory and the monkey/sloth adventure. She was wonderful. We have a rough start as they do not hold a name sign. When I say my oriental name, they tour greeter did not get us. We wait around seeing each other for 15 mi uses then I told the gate guard I am waiting for my private tour. Then he figure it out for us that the guy was waiting for us without a sign. After that Casey was doing a great job taking us to the must stop places. We loved the glass boat, bought some rum and rum cake, tasted the chocolate and bought the tea instead. Then Casey took us to a great lunch places. We tried out Iguana that taste like frog. The tour is perfect.

first off, the staff were wonderful, this was a private tour of the island of Roatan in Honduras. Before the trip, I was able to email my guides give them an outline of what I wanted to see. I was with four other people and we were all able to get one activity and that we wanted .I feel it’s important to support people living on the island . Our first stop was the monkey and sloth sanctuary, which was so fun and informative. Next was the chocolate factory. The chocolate was so decadent. I totally recommend tasting. what I found most interesting was the drive around the island how and and where people live, I like that we are off the beaten track, stopping at small craft market areas with local Lee made items. We also stopped at the supermarket where we were able to buy coffee and chocolate at a much more reasonable price than any of the tourist places I highly highly recommend this tour.

On our first cruise, we stopped in Roatan for the afternoon. We weren't sure what to do, but then we saw the Private Custom Tour of the best spots in Roatan, and we were sold. Our original tour guide was sick, so Jaime filled in and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, bilingual, helpful, kind, chill, and fun! We had a lovely time touring around the island, stopping at the sloth and monkey sanctuary, chocolate factory, rum factory, souvenir shops, and the gas station (of all places) to have the best Honduran coffee and snacks and buy the best Honduran rum. We also stopped at the best picture spots throughout the island. He had so many tips for us that made our trip so much nicer! Thank you, Jaime!
