Mahogany Bay: Upon debarkation of your cruise ship at Mahogany Bay Cruise Center, walk past the shopping area. You will see the white taxis; at that point, make a left straight up the hill. Where you see a green gate, walk through it and walk down to where you see people holding signs. Look for the sings that says Roatan Henry Tour, ask for Creg, and let him know you have a reservation with him and provide them with your name. Coxen Hole Pier: Upon debarkation, you will find the shopping area containing Diamonds International, etc. Ask a security guard where gate #2 is; it is on your left. Exit there. Guests may be confronted by other vendors offering their tours. They will be very persistent, but keep telling them, "I am set." You will see people holding signs. Look for the one that says Roatan Henry Tour, ask for Creg, and let him know you have a reservation with him and provide them with your name. I would recommend this excursion. Our driver, Tommy, was an excellent host and driver. We had 4 in our group and linked up with 2 other people for the tour. The only downfall was that the vehicle was very tight for 6 passengers and a driver. Beach was fantastic!

Having our guide take us to a beach club that raised their price & wouldn’t honor the trip description because the Club was. Ow “private” ( Sol y Mar ) on Roatan & we were forced to return to our ship ruining our day in Honduras.

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us the we take the guest to the west bay beach club that is included in the tour but guest wanted to go to a different beach club that there friends had gone to and did not want to pay for the extra cost for the other beach club that is not included

was taken to wrong resort not the one i paid for i was suppose to go to sol y mar resort.the driver stopped somewhere and a local started rubbing my wife's neck then demanded$30.00 and wanted a tip made roatom horrible

Starting out, our driver was Harley Rich and we ended up traveling with another family of four. The group started out at the beach and from there we split up. The other group chose to stay at the beach for the day while Harley gave the two of us a tour of the island. Harley was able to personalize the tour exactly how we wanted. We ended back at the beach with more than enough time to eat, swim, and get plenty of sun. I would definitely recommend this tour and Henry “Rich.”

Whitney from Roatan Henry Tours was our driver and Tour Guide. Whitney, a native islander, was terrific. We enjoyed the delicious Rum Cake factory and then the beautiful Beach. We then enjoyed a chocolate factory. Lastly he took us to a nature reserve where the animals were up close and friendly as seen in the photos. We made the best memories of our trip in Roatan with Whitney.

Not as advertised.
Was supposed to go to Sol Y Mar for a relaxing afternoon of lounging on beach and snorkeling. But instead got dumped at Foster's West Bay Resort. And that was our driver's (Cameron) 2nd choice because the 1st one didn't have any beach chairs. At Foster's was told it would be extra charge for umbrella but description said it was included. West Bay is crowded and we we constantly accosted by hawkers trying to sell trinkets. Our 1st driver said that Sol Y Mar was closed due to a fire. 2nd driver (Shawn) said it wasn't closed but raised their rates so tour companies stopped going there.
Henry tours needs to update their description of the trip to more accurately reflect that they will pull a switch on you and take you where you don't want to go!
