One of the best experiences ! Clarisse was an amazing host and very welcoming . We had plenty of snacks and beverages . It felt so good out and the scenery was beautiful . Clarisse made the experience much better !

This sailing experience was amazing. Captain & crew were very friendly, answered all questions about the region & landmarks we saw on land. Several choices of beverages were offered along with yummy snacks which were plentiful. The views were beautiful, especially the sunset. The entire experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rio!

What a wonderful and relaxing way to pass 3 hours,. The yacht is not luxurious but it’s well fitted out and our host Clarissa and the Skipper were fantastic. We circumnavigated. All of Rio Bay and Clarisse was the perfect hostess- warm and friendly and serving us drinks and food and generally making us feel at home and relaxed as she played lovely music for us and then when it got a bit cold she brought us all blankets. I highly recommend this activity.

A perfect way to spend a relaxing evening on the water. Even with somewhat cloudy weather, the experience was absolutely worth it. The views, atmosphere, and overall vibe made for a memorable outing. And as a bonus, this place serves what surely is the best caipirinha in all of Rio!

We went on a fishing boat excursion, and unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected. The boat was very small and felt unstable on the water. Based on the photos advertised, we were expecting a much larger yacht-style boat.
The actual experience did not match the description or pictures, which felt misleading. Because of this, I would not recommend this excursion to others.

We couldn’t have been happier with this activity on our arrival day in Rio. When we headed out the marina was a bit crowded and we expected we’d be out with a number of party boats. Instead we enjoyed a relaxing cruise as we covered a lot of territory in the bay as we enjoyed some light snacks and drinks. Seating was comfortable and we could move around to get some great photos. A pretty sunset was a bonus, and we were one of the few boats able to enjoy the beautiful scenery after dark. Not much of a sail, but they did get the jib out. In all, highly recommended for an overview of Rio.

If you want a nice, relaxing chill tour, this is for you. Time stands still and the snacks and beverages were plentiful. You won't get much historical info unless you ask, so I encourage you to ask if you're curious. Karina and Sophia (our guides) were fun!

A great night out on the water with a whole lot to see. They took great care of us with snacks and drinks. Sophie had great English and it helped us a ton. I would highly recommend this experience.

This was an excellent boat trip on a perfect evening to enjoy the sunset. We were keen to not be on a party cruise (there are plenty of them on offer) and were delighted that the focus was on enjoying the experience rather than drinking as much as possible in 3 hours.

Well organized from the start. Good communication about where to meet the sailing crew, with several texts confirming meeting time. The three crew we had on our boat provided food & drink as well as taking photos during the sail. Three hours of peaceful bliss with amazing views.

While we didn't get to see the sunset because of the clouds covering the sun, it was still the perfect sunset sail. I loved seeing Rio's beautiful topography from the bay. The crew was especially friendly, serving tasty snacks and drinks. We highly recommend!

We are visiting later in the month, the wrong date was booked and even after multiple attempts to contact the company about managing our tour and adjusting the date no one responded to emails or calls. Very unprofessional.

As our tours operate with a limited number of spots per departure, last-minute changes are not always possible once availability becomes restricted.
It is unfortunate that you were unable to join the experience on the scheduled date. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, both TripAdvisor and our company allow a 90% refund even in cases registered as a “no show.” We hope this helps to reduce the inconvenience caused.

Great communication via WhatsApp after booking prior to meeting time. Perfect size boat with not too many people. Drinks were always available and the crew were excellent.
To manage expectations, you don't travel too far' mainly remain in the bay and depending on the time of year, the tour might be over prior to the full sunset, but the trip is a MUST DO!

We had a wonderful sunset sailing cruise with Dream Destination Rio (ddrio.com) 10 passengers in total (we were the oldest) around Guanabara Bay in Rio! Our crew of 3 included the captain, Apollo, and his helpers, Adriana and Lutetia! We sailed around the bay including getting close to the water’s edge of Sugarloaf Mountain which we had been on the top of only 2 days prior. Of course, we were constantly in view of Christ the Redeemer Statue on top of Corcovado Mountain! Adriana and Lutetia served us drinks and snacks whilst we cruised for 3 hours. We enjoyed chatting to them throughout the cruise learning about life in Rio! Lutetia was particularly friendly and engaging and spoke great English! Highly recommend our experience with DD Rio!!! They cancelled the tour 1 hour agter the scheduled…… We waited for 1 hour before telling us it is cancelled……… TOTAL WASTE OF TIME…..
