We offer pickup from all hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, and Uvero Alto, as well as apartments, Airbnb properties, and private residences within our operating area. After your reservation is confirmed, our team will contact you directly to confirm the exact pickup time and location. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will be easily identifiable and associated with our company. If your accommodation is located outside the main Punta Cana area, an additional transportation fee may apply. You will be informed in advance. Glorified money hustle

This was just a glorified buggie trip to multiple spots where all they do is hassle you to buy stuff. I was also called “poor” for not wanting to pay $120 for a picture package. I don’t expect the world, but I do expect that a buggy tour would have more buggy-ing than stop and shops. I would advise you to find a trip that has less stops and less “hustle”. It left a terrible taste in our mouth

Our buggy tour includes cultural and scenic stops (such as local shops and typical Dominican experiences), which are described as part of the itinerary. However, there is never any obligation to purchase anything, and guests should never feel pressured. We understand that some guests prefer a longer continuous riding experience with fewer stops. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review how we better communicate the structure of the tour to avoid misunderstandings.
