The place is what you expect when you think about going to the Caribbean. The Staff was very warm and welcome and they played reggaeton all day long which I personally love! Free bar and plenty of food was also share and they were also taking professional pictures in case you wanted to capture the memories.

Worst Tour Operator but amazing natural pool

Although I have never given a negative review before, I feel compelled to do so this time to alert other potential clients of this Tour Operator. Communication was very difficult. The day before the excursion, I contacted the Tour Operator by message to confirm whether the hotel pick-up time listed in the schedule was still valid, but received no response. In the end, we were picked up from the hotel an hour later than scheduled. Although we purchased the package for a maximum of 15 people, there were around 60 people on the catamaran. Additionally, the minibus driver spoke only Spanish, and since we don’t speak Spanish, we had to ask other passengers to translate what the driver was saying. I believe this Tour Operator should not be listed on the Viator app.

Ditched at the PetroMobil

We were picked up at our hotel by a nice van then brought to the shops then taken to the PetroMobil where we were left! We called Viator who called the tour people Punta Cana Travel Service to follow up- they said they called us but they lied! no missed calls, and no one pickes us up. We were deserted and we were an hour away from Live Aqua- we requesteda refund and waiting for it. Luckily we met 2 men who helped us. My wife spoke little Spanish and one guy spoke some English. we Never made it to the island because we were ditched!

Booked being told that maximum number of people would be 15!!! You can easily double that for the transfer which you get dropped at a shop for an hour!!!! Also requested English speaking guide, bless him but no English. So Re instructions about times to meet etc could have been a disaster!! However we met 2 girls from Uruguay who kindly translated for us. From pick up at 7am to actually getting into a boat was 3.5 hrs. The boat had 40-50 people on not the 15 as promised in the conversation via text messages. We finally arrived on the island at 1pm. Oh no beer included in the free bar so had to purchase this one of us does not drink rum. Not a major problem but get your details correct. The island is beautiful, lunch average and did run out of food . Speedboat and catamaran trip good. Back on the bus, then got dropped off at a petrol station to wait for another bus to take us back to our hotel. Finally walked through the hotel door at 7pm so 12 hrs not 9 hrs. Be prepared for a long day. Also this is not a snorkeling trip. Not once was any historical information mentioned about anywhere we went. I would recommend booking a private private tour if you have enough numbers say 6/8. All in all a bit of a disappointment 😔

The description does not correspond to reality. The small group is only for the bus, the rest of the time it is a large group. The meal was cold and really overcooked. However, the pineapples were excellent. On the beach we were harassed by the sellers (massages, necklaces, hats, etc). The stop at the natural pool was good, although it is a beach that stretches into the sea.
