Overall worth it but have patience

Great staff but poorly organized travel. We were picked up late then had to wait at a gas station while they sorted out the approximately 100 people from different hotels going on different tours. Our driver luckily let us wait in his van with AC on while others stood in the heat. Arrived at launch site and waited another 20 mins while they found a boat for our trip. Trip was great but unfortunately and beyond anyone’s control, the island beach was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. Be prepared for lots of waiting and walking.

The worst trip ever !!!

First off the picking up part was good they were on time . That was it ! We got to another location and from there they put us on a smaller van so very cramped ! A Covid lovers dream Then we get to the speedboat that was okay , lunch was okay , coming back again we got on a speedboat to the catamaran and waiting for another speedboat to take us back to shore? Once we got off is where everything went down hill .. we’re waiting around for transportation no one knows nothing and there talking Spanish so no one is understanding and waiting for almost 40 minutes of wasted time ! When we finally got on the van ppl are coming on and off due to the confusion . Horrible !!!!!! Then they dropped off ppl in the worst place which was nowhere near our hotel. , some ppl were being dropped off at gas stations because they were complaining to other companies about this trip never , the driver was speeding like crazy I really felt I was going to die and this was going to the boat .. I didn’t get back to my resort til 9pm that is totally ridiculous !!!! No organization what so ever and I work hard for my money but not for you guys to take it and get that type of treatment ,I was more embarrassed because I traveled with family members , many ppl were very upset not just me and you guys or rather this particular company need to do better ! Trust me they need to give me my refund back of half because it was all over the place I have never experienced this before in all my vacation excursions . The worst !!! Please anyone thinking of doing this excursion do not do this !!! Try another excursion but not with this company !!!!!!! The worst ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely a great experience overall. Yes the island was slightly crowded but I have the understanding they had a lot of people on the same Excursion. It’s a very beautiful beach. I enjoyed the lunch that was provided. The best part was the natural pool for me and we even spotted a star fish(it was dead Ofcourse but it was still cool to see one and even get a pic) it is a long ride there and back especially with all the stops picking and dropping off but we didn’t have many people so this was the better pick after reading all the other Saona tours.
