Was never picked up waited at pick up point for 2 hours and never heard from the organizers. Reached out directly to Viator to find out what to do and were told the vendor was not responding to phone calls or voicemails. When we finally did hear back, we were told that our pick up point was outside of their service area even though we entered the name and address of the hotel while making the reservation. They ruined my vacation waiting for hours, then spent hours messaging customer service who provided no support whatsoever. Now Viator is refusing to refund us. Absolutely horrific experience!!! Do not recommend!!!

I hope you do better than I did and read the many many reviews calling this company a scam. They do not respond to your messages, they didn’t not pick me up and Viator refuses to give me my money back without “investigating” their lack of response. I reached out to Viator for a resolution and they basically said we are waiting to hear back and they waited well over 12 hours with no response and asked me to give them 3 business days to respond.
This will cause me to never want to use Viator again.
I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy!

Operator never showed up to our hotel to pick us up. Listed phone number goes to voicemail. I sent multiple emails to operator regarding their arrival. No contact from operator whatsoever following the initial communication after purchase. Our hotel had been great with attempting to assist us with this operator. Don’t choose this operator, it’s a scam.

Still has not responded 4 days later..... Terrible customer service... Do not book. Has not refunded my money as of yet. SCAM!

GHETTO. I mean the crew was there just to party amongst each other and didn’t care for the customers. The music was trash . The snacks they provide was trash. Like ritz crackers and slice of Kraft cheese. The boat was TRASH. Bathroom was disgusting.

We booked this excursion despite all the bad reviews. thinking it would be a different experience. Once at the lobby we waited over an hour and no one showed up to pick us up and the lack of communication is insane.I would not recommend this tour

Had an amazing time on the excursion, it was an absolute blast! I just didn’t like our transportation didn’t take us back to our hotel and ended up calling someone else to get us, wasn’t cool and unprofessional. But all in all had blast highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. The tour company NEVER came to pick us up. We waited and waited, texted them and tried calling. I then requested a refund through Viator but still haven’t received a refund. Avoid at all cost.

We had booked this boat, thinking it will be a great time with a lot of people. This boat was totally empty, there were a total of 15-18 people on this boat. This includes my group of 7. I don't recommend this boat at all.

Despite booking and pre-paying for the excursion, the company never arrived, leaving me and others stranded. Repeated attempts to contact the business went unanswered, further exacerbating the situation. I cannot recommend this service to others because not only is it a scam, the lack of reliability and customer support is simply unacceptable.

The party boat itself was super fun! The staff was great and did a great job entertaining and keeping the energy high. It was an amazing time! The only downside is that transport was not set up very well and we left 30-45 minutes late from our hotel

This was a bad experience. Lets start with the music blasting too loud from the time we leave to the time we return that made the experience horrible. Husband asked for the music to be turned down twice and request was ignored. Instead of hosting the guest, the crew were busy partying and enjoying themselves. There were 2 girls on the boat that seemed to be the girlfriends of the crew so lots of raunchyness happening between them. The snorkeling was a quick 15 minutes in a crowded area then went to another area/party area -- nice area to hang out. All boats stop in this area so its crowded. Again the loudness of the music ruined everything. We could have got past everything else if the music wasn't deafening.
The bartender/drinks were great - no complaints here so have 2 stars.

The party boat was a fun time! Definitely would recommend bringing a group of friends. There are free drinks on the boat but would recommend bringing extra cash if you want food or additional drinks. The boat did have a few kids which did not seem the most appropriate for a party boat with loud music and alcoholic drinks. Would recommend if they make the boat adults only.

Awful. zero communication for pick up. snacks were a handful of fruit sticks and a half used jar of salsa and chips. no utensils … so people double dipping to get the salasa .. gross .. staff were also enjoying the “snacks” zero stars .. looking for refund

If you’re hear to just get off the resort, maybe ok but the rap brought out interesting behavior choices not suitable for adults younger than 21 ish. Staff was extremely great but there was one guy that kept humping ode of the guests whom I later saw on my resort. It was just short of actual sex, which another guest said “not sure why they didn’t just do it on the boat”.
I wouldn’t snorkel here…there’s nothing to look at and the equipment has mold on it. The “natural pool” was cool but to me, it was just a long shallow beach area. I could be wrong in that. View was spectacular. Snacks were a fruit kebab and a shared single serving bowl of tortilla chips with jarred salsa.

This was a terrible experience… we expected a fun party boat snorkeling water slide etc…
The music playing was hard core highly sexually explicit lyrics “n**** / suck on my p****lips” are just a couple examples of what they deemed “appropriate”… so not appropriate for my 12 year old. The music set the tone instead of fun party dancing. It devolved into a straight up twerking party with simulated sex acts … we were trapped on the boat …
The snorkeling equipment was a joke mostly broken and we were the only guests snorkeling. We tried to make the best of it since we were trapped on the boat but it was a complete disaster…
The workers were there to party not to assist the guests that wanted to use slide or snorkel.

The boat left a little later than the time slot booked but we had a great time the crew is amazing , friendly and super fun. We danced the entire time it was perfect. A tip for the crew to ensure there is enough lunch for everyone but great time regardless.

The absolute worst boating experience of my life. There was no organization. The crew brought thier kids to work. Kids all over the boat. The restroom facilities had an odor so rancid that if anyone opened the door, everyone got nauseous. They forced everyone to the back of the boat because the boat was leaning forward. There was no music for the 1st 2hrs. The crew member on board says his phone wouldn't connect to the internet since we were far away from land. There was no food even though it was advertised. Overall HORRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK TITAN PARTY BOAT!!!!
