Amazing experience

So much fun! Monkeys were all so cute. We loved Rico! Definitely a must do when visiting. Staff was friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable

The horse riding is not...

The horse riding is not what's advertised. You ride a horse down a very busy dirt road no scenery to look at just trash and trees. Then you are almost forced to buy pictures you are not even allowed to take a picture of the ocean only pictures you can get are one your buy from them. At the beach (which you cant ride horses on) you are hounded by everyone to buy stuff. The Monkeys where very neat and that part was awesome other than you can't take any pictures there either and all you can do is buy the ones they take. All pictures are very expensive. The best part was the 2 guys that came to pick us up they were very entertaining and informative. Would not go back.

We understand that every traveler has a different vision of what a horseback riding experience should be, and we regret that the route was not what you had hoped for. The horseback ride takes place through a rural Dominican area before reaching the beach, allowing visitors to experience the local countryside as it naturally exists. While many guests enjoy this authentic setting, we understand that it may not appeal to everyone. We also understand your comments regarding the beach vendors. Unfortunately, public beaches in the Dominican Republic are shared spaces, and local vendors may approach visitors. Mother’s Day trip

This trip was extremely enjoyable. The staff are professional, punctual and honest. We had a very good conversation on the way to the destination. What to expect on our trip was fully explained. Never riding a horse before. The staff there were informative and patient. The beach was beautiful. The monkey experience was amazing. The trip even ended with a fresh coconut to top it off. I would definitely book another excursion with them again!
