What a brilliant experience. The people were friendly and very safe which was reassuring. We were a family of 6, so had 3 buggies. We stopped 3 times. Yes people were trying to sell stuff, but nothing more from anywhere else I've holidayed. The buggies were great, and the cave was pretty. Macao beach is absolutely stunning and wish we'd had more time on the beach. Was a fun day with lots of laughs. Would definitely do it again. Thanks!!

Great Macau beach buggie tour . You may get muddy but provide showers, go slow and bargain for souvenirs, sturdy sandies for driving . Cenote is dark and not beautiful but nice cave . Good place to relax drive and enjoy ocean. Bring cash for food drinks to avoid stupid tax (doesn’t make sense ) they charge a lot bargain down

Really fun experience we did buggies , Macao beach & cenote cave. I recommend bringing your own face mask to wear to cover your hair/face because you will get dirty.

Stopping at the Maaco Beach. The buggies need to be updated. They were using a battery to start some of the buggies, brakes didn't work, stop working in mid ride and steering was hard. One of my cousins ran into a fence due brakes failing. To many people in group, no cleaning of helmets between groups and the multiple stops. Next time I will chose a company with less stops more of riding.

They were disorganized and our cart kept shutting off. The guide was rude and yelled at the whole group a lot.

I had the time of my life at the age of 64 with two of my daughter in laws. We had mud EVERYWHERE! The experience was amazing and the tour guides were always right there to assist! They were great. No issues here! Pure fun, laughter and Mud!

Too many companies doing the same so your bumper to bumper and not really able to run the buggie. Majority are golf carts but not many atv. Definitely dusty and the staff is so rude only consisting of men. They don’t reply to messages here directly and take forever so contact them through whatsap. Can’t get in the beach because of tide and always rushing you after trying to sell you things. Cave swim , too many people so you can’t get in and the line is super long and only 10 min there. No food no dances no meals or places to buy food. Not very well organized as you can’t individually follow a trail because of so many people. This would be with many companies. buggie broke down and had to wait for staff so these are not ran very well and saw many more broken down. Overall you at least get a tour of the area but kids always coming begging for money and water making this not enjoyable.

This was an AMAZING experience! I booked this excursion for a group of 10 and we all had such a great time. The pickup van is a little sketchy as it was dark and didn't have windows, but if you can look past that, you're in for a fun day. We drove from the meeting point to a market place where they gave us delicious samples of coffee, hot chocolate, and mamajuana, then the cenote for a quick swim, and finally to Macao beach and back to the original point. We got VERY dirty but we loved it. Whole excursion lasted ~3.5 hours.
Charlie was an awesome tour guide; he was fun(ny), knowledgeable, and let us do a lot of driving. Arisleidy was very good at communicating as well; she helped coordinate the pickup details and even had the driver deliver a phone we had forgotten in the van within 15 mins of finding it.
To the team: thank you all so much for making our vacation so memorable! Would definitely recommend to friends/family and book again!

Booked because of the rating and destinations included but ended up being angry cause in the website it said “Bavaro Beach” but there was no tour to that place at all. Not to mention the terrible conditions and mechanics of the buggy assigned to us. The experience itself was fun enough to not give 0 stars. It’s sad to say, but expect to be disappointed in some way and book only if you’re fine with all the above.

EVEN THOUGH ITS SAYS THEY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WILL PICK YOU UP AT YOUR LOCATION. EVEN IF THE LOCATION IS LISTED, THEY WILL NOT PICK UP/DROP OFF AT THAT LOCATION. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU!!!! We were so excited to see that the bus picks up right in front of where we stayed. We received a reminder text the night before with no pick up time. So when I messaged them back to find out the time of pick up, they texted me back and told me that they no longer pick up at that location even though it clearly says it on the website til this day. So if I did not message them the NIGHT BEFORE, we would have waited for them outside of the location with no one to pick us up. So we had to catch an UBER. Then at the end of the excursion, the bus was going to drop us at the closest gas station, but the DRIVER JUST DROPPED US OFF ANYWHERE!!!!! So we had to call for an UBER to get us back to our location. I messaged them to tell them and no one replied. We also PAID for both photos and videos and ONLY received photos and no video even after notifying them. Save your money and take pics with your phone. My phone pics came out clearer then the ones they sent me.

Great day out! Tour guides were excellent, gave safety instructions and kept the group together. The cave is an absolute must! Very refreshing after a hot day on the buggies. If you book remember to bring a bandana/headscarf, old sunglasses/goggles and some cash! Would highly recommend!!!

Basicaly tour could be very atractive... but in the way how it was organised - it is disaster. 1.
why? You should have far better and real description on your web. 40% of partecipants were dressed totaly unpropriate... red mud.. you cannot clean from bright clothes. no i fo about driving in mud... Taino cave? To walk 30 steps down to aproch totaly unatractive small lake. Some people even jump in.. in total 15 minutes. Stop in village for coffe tasting? Redicelous. 15 min stop where thay sell "totally ecological" products... same as in othere shops for 8 x higher price. Disguasting. it is not support of local economy.. this is robbery. And only 15 minutes on Macao beach.. what should be highlight of tour. in total.. realisation do not deserve neither 1 *.

Trip was good but be careful booking depending on where you are staying. We were the first to be picked up and last dropped off and it was 1 1/2 hour drive because we had to pick up others along the way. What is a 4 hour excursion ended up being 7 hours with transportation. Would look for something closer next time.

Equipment failure, pushy services, (definitely not a farm to learn about cacao and coffee) - then more times on roads to other tourist traps…can’t blame the lack of mud on the operation - however perhaps think twice before booking…

Great experience for a half day - lots of time in the Boogies. Guides were fantastic and the stops were great. I have one issue - have not received proofs of pictures taken by their photographer. Would really like to see and purchase those pics. Thanks.

Waiting for them to move the broke. Buggies out the way. Uo charged me to a razor. That was just as gutless as the broken buggies. 80 bucks more for ever being able to go over 15 mph. Huge joke.

The tour guide was great and our buggy broke down and there was always somebody near to help! Very fun experience !! Don’t do it if you don’t like getting dirty lol Try to catch my riding dirty lol

It felt a bit unorganized, several boogies stopped working during the tour including mine, that I had to change at the very beggining as it broke. There was no water offered as it was mentioned in the description. Everyone wants to sell you anything or asking for money. Thats annoying.
