I booked Pleasure tour transportation company online to get a texted after the cancellation deadline that they will be charging me in person an extra 50 dollars cash due to my”hotel” being out the area. Which was false. I’m confused why it wasn’t stating at time of booking once I put my hotel information down when booking on this website I feel that I was personally scammed by the company/ driver and I’m very disappointed.

We started off the morning of our trip being notified that we owed $140 on top of what we paid. I personally chatted with a member of Viator wee is before the trip and informed them of the transportation I needed, being specific that the airport and hotel are an hour drive apart. Viator still quoted me a price and that price was incorrect. Pleasure tours was the third party company to transport us. They were excellent even though it took awhile to find them.

I called in and placed the reservation, and the day before my trip. I was informed that I had to pay 70 more dollars. I really wasn’t happy with it, but I understand so going forward. The representatives need to know the accurate price before someone is ready to travel.

It was the worst ever. Never showed to pick me and my husband up in Punta Cana after I called all week to make sure we had a ride. They told me they couldn’t get a hold of anyone to pick us up after we waited over an hour. The worse DO NOT TRUST

Our driver was waiting for us when we got to the airport. Vehicle was clean and comfordable. The driver was friendly and answers all our questions. On our way back to the airport, he arrived on time and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again on our next trip.
