Stranded at the airport!

We had a large group (10 people) so I ordered 2 cars. We waited over an hour- they 'said they were at the wrong exit- they were outside Jet Blue'. We were on United- I had given the airline, flight number and time of arrival when I booked. Regardless, after repeated phone calls, a driver showed up- he said the owner had called him and asked for a favor to pick up a large group. He came right away so the dispatcher was lying about being at the wrong exit....

Ride was a no show

Our ride never showed up at the airport in Punta Cana. We had to take a cab instead and we were never contacted about this either.

Didn’t turn up and difficult to reach Got a refund Would recommend you save your money and get an Uber which is a lot cheaper than getting transport from airport (if you are travelling solo!)
