What To Expect
Be ready for 11 am pickup at your hotel in the Cap Cana area, La Altagracia, Punta Cana, or Bavaro around 11am.
Transfer to the coast and take a quick boat ride out to the parasailing yacht. Sip a welcome drink and get a rundown on the safety measures and gear while you jam to some tunes, then strap into the safety harness and fly off.
Spend the next 10 minutes high in the sky above the tropical coastline of the Dominican Republic. A staff photographer is on hand to take photos, available for purchase.
Return to your hotel for drop-off after your adventure.

don’t waist your time, they cancelled on us 2 hours before. and are now refusing to refund us back our money. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Driver got lost.. took forever.. not organized.. they didn’t go out far.. beware of beach peddlers.. not organized so we missed our ride back, Took forever for one to come at least it was straight shot back to resort. Almost 5 hours for a 10 month excursion- hard pass next time

Very Unprofessional Company. Book elsewhere!!!!!. Pick up at 1:40 was fine, arrived about 30 minutes later. Waited almost 2 hours before boarding a pirouge to take us to the yacht. The guys who were up before us had a short 2 minutes in the air before the boat suddenly cut off, causing them to plummet into the ocean. Very VERY SCARY experience indeed. My friend and I despite that watched them change the line and sort the boat out and decided to see what happened next before venturing. The couple that followed went up and it was smooth sailing, so we decided to go for it. Our sailing was okay but beware of the sudden jerks in the air when the boat turns. We landed safely thank god and the couple after us , went up. On their decent the parachute gave out and they fell in to the water, That was it. !! My other friend couldnt go and to be quite honest they had to shut down the entire experience as it wasnt safe. I think they should refund my friend as the issues were theirs. This company was sooo unprofessional. We returned to thebeach and had to argue after waiting another hour tobe picked up. DO THIS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WASS NOT SAFE AT ALLL !!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would Can’t even say how bad the experience would’ve been because they never picked us up. They never communicated what time they’re picking us up. We tried contacting them several times and not once Did they answer the phone or via text messages this is probably the worst place that I’ve booked and I’ve been using this app for three years now.

wouldn’t recommend this specific company , not very welcoming or friendly & doesn’t make the experience enjoyable. from the beginning of getting off the bus, they don’t instruct you where to go, you have to figure it out on you own, gets upset that you don’t know what to do when actively doing the activity but doesn’t provide instructions, not to mention ON A MOVING BOAT where it’s hard to stand . also gets upset if you don’t tip but doesn’t provide great services to be tipped. please pick another company

The experience never happened because I was told on multiple days that the boat had broken down. I kept trying to reschedule it and everything I got an excuse. I could have purchased this on the resort and been in a better situation. Truly a horrible experience for my husband and I while trying to enjoy our Honeymoon.

If the wind is not fit to fly .. we have to cancel and that could change from one minute to another . . that is why you will get a refund for the passalong part that you were no able to enjoy. This was a fun first-time experience with my cousin. I would’ve provided 5 stars, but the overall description of the excursion is slightly misleading. There was no “welcome drink” or even water offered to the group, and the boat is not a “yacht” we were expecting upon arrival. Friendly staff, however.

I enjoy parasailing a lot. So when I picked this company with my group I thought I can have them enjoy the same experience as I did. One thing I can say get rid of the small boat which made people sick before they got on the big boat. Make ppl have a better experience pick them at the shoreline. People got sick and some got scared and turned back. Please make this venture better and I will try it again. As a travel agent I would like to recommend. I did enjoy somewhat

Tour guide/Van driver was late during pickup, waited around on the beach for 30 minutes waiting for a small boat to take us to the big boat. The small boat practically stopped in the middle of the ocean and the waves were crashing and they practically forced us to get onto the boat immediately. Lost my shoe in the process but again no biggie. The driver handed us life jackets, didn't even assist in putting them on or making sure they were on correctly (mine wasn't buckled). Finally we get on the big boat, the transition from the small boat to the big boat was horrendous being that i lost a nail and started bleeding trying to hold on to the boat so that I did not fall off the boat but they literally just told me stand up and walk off the boat as if we were on solid ground. Again no big deal. Then I'm on the boat. There are two couples in front of me, i don't mind going last but what I did not like was how everyone else (including the tour guide/van driver) was able to parasail before me.. a paying customer. I already am not a huge fan of boats and I was on the boat for 30+ minutes watching everyone parasail. Then when it's finally my turn, it was a smooth takeoff and everything but as I'm in the air, i see the small boat that brought us to the yacht taking my group back to shore. Did not like that because as a tour guide why would you leave without one of your customers, now I'm waiting with another group still stuck on this boat as we wait for the small boat to come back for pickup. Then one of the men who did nothing but sleep on the boat had the audacity to ask for tips.. for what?? Also while i was in the air, the yacht driver dipped everybody else in the water but for some reason forgot about me... Also the views of the beach were not that great anyway, the ocean was more green in some parts than blue. When I'm back on shore, more waiting because the tour guide's friend that tagged along needed a drink so we had to wait for him before we could leave (at least 15 minutes), Would not book with this company again.

The actual parasailing was fine but when we got dropped off they did not keep out group together so there was an hour wait between the last 2 of our group. Which means the majority of the group had to wait on in the van for over an hour for the last of the group to make it back since the group was not kept together.

Very disorganized, had to hop into a boat that was overpacked that brought us to a boat that the parasail was on. Ended up waiting for some time in a boat we thought was going to tip over at any time. Had to go on the parasail boat that again was over packed and had to sit while everyone else had their parasailing turns first. Then another group of people came on to an already overpacked boat that clearly had no more room. Finally I said my youngest daughter was getting sick so they radioed another boat to come get us or we would have been on that boat even longer. parasailing was amazing but very unorganized with what they said was suppose to be 2 hrs ended up being close to 4.

I reserved the event only to contacted days later to inform me they can not do the flight and i would have to reschedule to Monday. I confirmed EVERYTHING via messages with the company including new pickup time. I literally waited on my lobby for an hour and after getting no response from the company requested a refund. No one tried to reach out And explain what was going on or anything. Next time just buy from off the beach it’ll be smoother.

We were on another boat excursion the day before we were scheduled to parasail. My boyfriend slipped and hurt his knee getting into the boat and in right much pain. We contacted the tour operator upon returning to the resort, asking for a refund due to injury. The tour operator ignored our request and never has responded after several messages and a message from Viator. They had 10 others on the excursion according to an earlier email but still wouldn’t help us out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who treats customers this way!

The bus was late and the ride was long. You are, as with any excursion, bombarded by sales people before and after the excursion. The people on the boats were nice and the actual parasailing part was fun. I would go through your resort for booking water excursions because there’s a company that does parasailing right behind our resort. I would prefer to walk out back and onto a boat. Also site was misleading as there was no safety brief and no drink. Bring water.

Parasailing was a blast, but there were definitely a lot of headaches. The shuttle was 30 minutes late and took over an hour to get to our destination. We only were in the air 6 minutes instead of 10. Others got 10 minutes so it was very irritating. We were also just confused the entire time as to what was going on. Just go with the flow and you’ll have fun!

We had to wait almost an hour for them to pick us up at our resort. We called multiple times, always heard the same answer, 5 more minutes. No apologizes, staff was very rude on arrival as well. Once we were on the boat, the guys were great. It was our first time and other than a few nerves it was beautiful. I have to say as well, the family before us the mom's straps that you are suppose to be sitting in slid down to her knees and they never brought her down. She just kept holding on. I am not sure I would recommend this company.

Estas personas son unas irresponsables!
Nosotros llegamos 1 hora antes a la playa que nos indicaron. La actividad era a las 11 y llegamos a las 10 para tener todo en orden. Primero, el supuesto “local” que tienen, es ficticio. Supuestamente esta en un edificio que literalmente está abandonado. Segundo, llamamos al operador, era una chica venezolana, nos dijo que el viento no era suficiente para volar, que a las 10:30 nos avisaría si se podría o si habría que reagendar o hacer una devolución. Le dijimos que ok y nos quedamos en la playa desayunando en lo que llegaba la hora. A las 10:30 aprox. Nos dijo por mensaje que el viento no subía y que habría que reagendar, lo cual nos hizo molestar bastante porque desde hacía varios minutos estábamos viendo a otras agencias haciendo la actividad!!!!! El problema no era el viento, el problema son estas personas irresponsables que estoy 100% segura que no estaban siquiera en la playa. LE MANDAMOS UN VIDEO DE COMO ESTABAN HACIENDO PARASAILING OTRAS PERSONAS. A lo que nos respondió que esos no eran ellos pero que iban a llamar a ver si ellos nos volaban y así fue como pudimos hacer la actividad. Porque estábamos ahí para ver que lo que decían del viento no era más que una excusa. Si van a hacer esto, NO lo hagan con estas personas.

45 min auf Transfer gewartet, langer Transfer und schlechte Organisation. Kommunikation Fehlanzeige. Am Ende wurde alles wegen schlechtem Wetter abgesagt, aber auch das wurde nicht kommuniziert. Wir wurden im Bus Richtung Hotel abgeladen, keiner wusste warum. Nie wieder… am besten direkt am Strand buchen, deutlich unkomplizierter
