Only $5 but disappointing

We were shopping with family. Only went to one spot. Highly disappointed. Driver was not paying and wanted to prevent me from getting on the van for the return trip to the resort.

Great hassle free shopping experience

We had a wonderful experience. We were picked up right in front of our hotel and taken straight to the shopping center. It had everything that we were looking for. Victor was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right cigars for me. They had a bottle of Brugal double barrel rum. And while bean Santo Domingo coffee. They have a huge selection of souvenir fridge magnets and other things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we were done they drove us back to the hotel right away.i would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to go do a quick souvenir shopping experience.

Not Worth the Time

The description of the excursion is deceiving…we thought we would be shopping at various shops, but only went to one. That one was disappointing as the combination of fans/lights caused a dizzying effect and the staff were all over you not allowing you to browse. Lastly, how you got back to your resort was confusing 🫤

Thank you very much sir for your comment, I promise that we will take your comment into account to improve our service but reminding you at the same time that our tool is a duration of two hours in which transportation is shared and we cannot pay you for additional transportation because it is not an exclusive transportation Remember the fare Remember the fare the fare you have which we cannot increase or reduce and where you were was in high omen which double track costs an amount of $80 which we could not pay for exclusive transportation to take you to your destination but all the same we will take your comment into account to improve our service
