Not much for shopping. I thought we were going to a big bazaar type of market with the "World Mart" but it was a tiny store. Not impressed at all.

The driver never showed up, would rate zero but not possible. Total waste of time. Get an uber to world mart and save urself the trouble.

We enjoyed hanging with the locals. Our time downtown was very good. We had an opportunity to shop with the locals visit. The local grocery store I even got a pedicure went was 1800 pesos converted into US $31 I believe on that day which is very very low we went to the local grocery store and shopped around just browse with the locals seeing how things flow there in that region. It was a lot of fun. We enjoyed it and I would recommend it in the daytime because it gets really busy especially another Burger King and I think the jumbo store but it was good. Highly recommend it enjoy be safe.

Loved it even though it was small they were plenty of little items in the shops that I bought a few of and I’m so addicted to one of these chocolates that I bought there. It was a nice small group pick up and drop off was easy and convenient and the drivers were so polite.

We were very happy with our shopping trip. We had two stops at the gift shops. FYI everything is a lot cheaper outside the resort. We ended at the mall. They are still building and not much there. We did most of our shopping at the goft shops.

A short sweet and simple tour. It encompassed enough for the time given. Seeing how cigars were made at a shop was super cool and the origins of Mama Juana.

The Punta Cana shopping trip was really good the driver took us to three different locations all with in short distance of each other . He explained what type of shops and the prices to expect.

This was a great trip for the money. We stopped at a few different shopping venues. The prices were reasonable. We picked up gifts for our kids. Our driver Luis provided excellent service and his Lincoln was large and comfortable. One of the highlights of the trip was our afternoon snack at a Dominican Taco Bell. All in all, it was a relaxing, interesting, low key excision that we would do again.

The experience wasn’t what I thought it would’ve been, the pictures on the website don’t look like where we went. I was excepting someplace to sit down and eat all we did was keep going into different souvenirs shops.

You where taken to Word mart, Coco Bongo, Hard Rock and Down Town Center, check what you where booking. so can you be more specific on what you didn't like, couse Punta Cana, Bávaro, Dominican Republic and even your country are very expensive.
But we sorry if you didn't liked, 99 % of our costumer do.
But not everybody like the same thing.

Very disappointing experience as the pictures do not reflect the place we went! In 2 hours we were done. Prices look fair, but it’s not at all an open market as the pictures might suggest. Its like a small village of « attrape touriste » as we say in French !

First off, we really liked this activity. It was not really the shopping experience we thought it would be, but enjoyed the trip to the Cigar, Chocolate, Rum and Souvenir location.
This activity included a pickup from our resort to a small local place with the above mentioned produce. We thought it would be a droppff at a shopping centre or market area, but that is not the case.
However, we had a nice tour of the cigar factory where I bought a couple of boxes of their locally produced cigars. They also have the well-known brands intheir inhouse walk-inn humidor shop. For me, this was something I really enjoyed. Afterwards we had a chocolate tasting which my wife really liked and we bought a couple of chocolate products to bring home to the Netherlands.
When the time is over, we would be brought back to the resort, but we asked if we instead could be brought to the Blue Mall in Punta Cana. This way we still had an option for some shopping in Punta Cana.
This did mean we had to find our own way back, but on the outside at the entrance there is a QR code to scan and we were in contact with a local transportation company offered by the mall to get back to the resort.
Just some advice; ofcourse they are going to try and overcharge tourists eventhough there are advertisements that in certain timeframes it should be free. But our resort was outside of the free-of-charge area quite far away.
They asked us 30USD and we closed the deal on 15USD. Uber also showed options of 15USD and was also available.
So the activity may not be exactly what you expect: being dropped somewhere close to a market near the Coco Bongo, but at a local production center with Don Lucas Cigars, chocolate, rum and souvenir shop.

I paid for a shopping trip and was dropped off at a cigar place and no vendors. The driver took us to blue mall and I had to get an uber back to my resort. ( I had to pay more money).

We didn't care much for the 1st place we were taken to shop. Unfortunately the shopping experience was not at all what I expected but we did have some success getting souvenirs at the 2nd market

1st arrived late for pick up.
Then asked what were we wantimg to do, said wanna go to their flea market type shopping center to get survivors and see local shops.
Took us to a survivor shop what was 10 mins away from resort, says this is a great place to shop etc. Purchased 260 usd and I was told there would be a fee for using a card, no problem, I understood that. Once looked at charge on bank statement later, I was charged 320 usd. Then he driver tried to drop us off at a shopping center that had stories I was familiar with from home, no local business. I said no not there it is stories ive been to, he then toldme, I have another customer to pick up and then we can go.to another store near by then. I was fine with it. While waiting for the new customer we were able to get wifi and noticed the charge. I told the driver and he was like no I don't think they changed you 60 usd extra. He said we can go back and ask. Upset I said fine. Customer never showed up and we went on. He stops at another survivor shop and I was like no this is not where I wanna go, please just take us back. Once he took us back to resort, with out stop st the survivor shop to ask about thr charge, he said the survivor shop did not present them. When it does because he knows the area and by stopping there he is saying this is a good place to shop and won't take advantage of the tourist. We never went to the local shopping center we wanted to go to. 2 hours and noting but a drive of nothing to see. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Is unfare that you give us 1 start for a bad experience with a Shopping Center, we provide the transportation, and we took you to a diferent places. We don't tell you what to by, where to by or what to do, this is your problems. You didn't book a City Tour it was a Shopping tour, so don't understand your point. Be more especific. Regarding about your issue with the store on the recipe is the number you can call them and check with them.
