The round-trip transfer is included in your package from most hotels and accommodations in the Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, and Macao areas. If you do not require a transfer to the park, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so we can guarantee your participation in the activity. We have a parking area where you can park your vehicle.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It’s not easy to do in a jungle. Did the Cenote and Polaris ATV experience. Both were a good time. I did not enjoy the 20 minute sales pitch to try to get you to purchase coffee and chocolate in the middle of the excursion. But overall it was a good day.

The park was beautiful the lazy river amazingly breathtaking definitely photos opportunity central Bring towels and comfortable walking shoes the free meal wasn’t my cup of tea but the people I when with liked it

Eh nice place but it’s pretty misleading. I didn’t realize this was a tourist trap. I thought this would be a real cenote and stuff but zip lining wasn’t bad

Booked it for my boys. We were late and they waited. They didn’t have to. Great customer service. I thought there would be a lunch but boys said there wasn’t. They had a blast.

It was fun just because it’s winter time maybe heat the pools just a little ppl would stay longer…also gotta let ppl know there is a high ropes course on the zipline you can’t skip
