They cancelled on us the day before our excursion and outside the window of cancellation for a full refund. I had to call customer service to demand a full refund. Horrible experience!

it was a fun experience for the first-timer like me for sure; however it was very brief and because the tour guide was giving baits to attract fish, the visibility was not the great. the machine was wired and follow the exact route.

It’s fantastic for the price. I would recommend it for singles and families.
The only issues I will mention is the bikes are guided by the scuba team so you are not actually in control or operating the device.
They do need to change the glass as the current conditions of the glass on the helmet make it hard to focus on the aquatic life underwater.
Again, for the money, it was absolutely worth it.

The dive was good. We enjoyed it. But, we paid an extra $60 for photos of the experience. The photos have not come and every attempt to reach someone to remedy the situation has ben a dead end.
O called a couple times and reached a woman who said she would check into it. Then I reached out to the booking agency, who alsonpromised to contact the company directly. Neither of those avenues were helpful.
Wecwere originally scheduled to go on the 8th or 9th, but got a message on my phone that the weather was too rough to go that day. I could try to reschedule or they said I could get a refund.
Fortunately I rescheduled for the 14th, I believe, (I am not confident I would have ever heard from anyone about a refund.)
I do want to share that the experience was a blast. Its the follow-up with the company on the additional photo charge that is frustrating. Honestly, I hope this review may prompt an email or text from them. My wife REALLY wanted those pictures. But at least I would like to have the $60 refunded if they have drleted the files from that day. It won't begin to make up for the lost photos, they looked exceptional when we purchased the option to have them emailed to us.
So, good time, terrible customer service.
If you go, maybe pass on the photo package. I'm not saying it was a scam, we saw the pics on the monitorcwhen we ordered. They just never sent them.

If you have never snorkeled or dove or 1st time on ocean this would be fun but if you have been to places like Routan or Cozumel and snorkeled or dove the reefs this will be a lame experience.

Be careful, I was emailed 18 hours before the excursion (6 hours after I was allowed to cancel with refund) that they were not allowed on the property we were staying at (Zel Punta Cana) and to meet them at the gate one hour later than our original time. This made me unsure of the safety of our trip. If they were allowed onto the property why would I get into a car with these people? I tried to cancel the trip after being notified about the venue and time change. So far, I have not had any luck getting a refund. I filed a complaint and received an email saying that they were looking into it…that was 3 days ago! Please save your money and book through someone more responsible!

Alot of waiting. Only 3 scubas in operation with a tour of about 22 persons. Half did scuba and the other half started the line for the under water scuba doo experience. Too many people for 3 scuba. You will probably have a better under water sight seeing experience snorkeling. On the scuba you go to a reef to where the fish hang out. You dont see any fish when you first go down. There were no snacks provided only water and soda available. I can say It is reasonably priced but snacks are not included. I've done this elsewhere and this does not rank amongst top experience. It was great but it wasn't bad either.

I paid for the excursion. It was very excited. My excursion was supposed to start at 12:00 PM. The night before they told me they would pick me up at 2:45 PM at my hotel. I tried to contact you and nobody responded back because there was a time discrepancy. Then they went also said that they would contact me when the driver was on their way to pick me up. That did not happen either so I have no idea how this trip went because I was not able to go.

The price is fair. The scooba doo experience was a unique way to experience being underwater without getting your head wet. It did not last long, and was a bit surreal and uncomfortable. We also did the snorkel experience. Zero training provided, so hopefully this is not your first snorkel experience--they really just pointed us at the snorkels and said "Don't go too far from the platform."

Super laid back experience. We got transport to the starting point and were taken by glass bottom boat to a swim platform to do the activity. They had snorkel equipment to use while there and provided cold bottled water. I would recommend bringing a snack. We traveled with kids and the youngest (9) did not want to participate.

Good experience. Unfortunately there weren't very many Scooba doo machines and there was a particularly large amount of people that signed up for the tour. Like everything things are hit and miss., unfortunately for us we got a better view of the wildlife while snorkeling. Never the less it was a cool experience.

The experience was certainly a fun activity especially if you have not done scuba diving and just want to experience what it feels like.
The only issue is that the experience is not long enough and. Wrote you know it it’s done and you are back to the surface.
You also get a chance to do some snorkelling at the same time as you are waiting for the other people in your group to complete their Scooba Doo experience. So it’s better to go in first so that then you can get more time
Snorkelling. And get your own fins if you like to snorkel with fins as that’s not provided. Just the mask and tube is what’s provided.

The actual Scooba Doo was a great experience, I'm NOT a swimmer and after the initial shock of going under, the master divers really made me feel comfortable and reassuring. the process/transportation situation not so much, we got to the scooba doo location by boat, after our group scooba doo'd we had to wait for groups that came during and after our group, it turned a 2hr excursion into a 4hr + excursion which wasnt expected and consumed more of our day than planned.

I enjoyed the snorkeling, one of the guests showed me how to use the mask and breathe (no one else offered). The actual Scuba Doo is only about 10 min and I didn't get to see much, because the guide was spending more time trying to get me do different poses, even when I shook my head. The picture pack costs $ 30, no one in the group purchased way too expensive to me for "manufactured" pictures.

The experience itself was awesome and fun, we would definitely do it again. The process leading up to it was a little questionable. You get picked up from your pick up location, taken to the spot where the excursion is, then put on a speed boat, to get on another boat to kill time for 30minutes in the ocean, to get on another boat where you will actually do the scooby doo excursion. While waiting for your turn you can snorkel which is better than just sitting there if its alot of people. They say they do 4 at time they pulled 4 machines out the water however they did two at a time with ease. You're allowed to feed the fish while under water which is awesome seeing the fish eating out of your hands. They do give you water or soda to drink on the second boat. And the process is the same when heading back to shore just in reverse. My recommendation would be book the excursion during the week when its less people. So your excursion time can be longer and the wait time shorter.

The experience itself was pretty poorly put together. While advertising ~20 minutes per person on these scuba doos, it was more like 7 minutes based on the video I took, and that started before I was even in the water. I was abandoned by my diving guide a few minutes in, so I spent about 3 minutes actually doing anything and another 3 just sitting by the boat alone not sure what was going on... The primary tour guide was great, or I would rate lower.

We had a great time as a family of four adults. We each got to maneuver the machine with minimal help. At first, I was terrified of going so deep but it’s not as bad as you think.
