Absolutely Incredible Experience — Best Tour Guide Ever!

This was truly one of the best tours I have ever experienced, and a huge reason why was because of our amazing guide, Claudy. From the moment he picked us up in our private transportation, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited for the day. Claudy was one of the kindest, most genuine, and professional guides we have ever had. He speaks French, English, and Spanish, and was even learning Chinese, which shows how passionate he is about connecting with people from all over the world. He was always smiling, patient, and happy to share stories and information with us. The entire experience was incredible. The zip lining was so much fun with 8 different zip lines, and Claudy made sure we felt safe while still having an exciting adventure. He also took amazing photos and videos of us throughout the day so we could remember the experience forever. He showed us a beautiful cave where we were able to swim, explained how chocolate is made, and shared so much knowledge about the area and culture. He went above and beyond by providing drinks in coolers, checking on us throughout the day, and making sure every detail was perfect. Claudy didn’t just feel like a tour guide — he felt like a friend. His kindness, energy, and passion made this experience unforgettable. We are extremely grateful for everything he did and would recommend this tour to anyone visiting. If you get Claudy as your guide, you are truly lucky! Outstanding service! Got great photos, smoked a dominican cigar, swam in a cave, and ziplined. A great amount of activity within 4 hours. Pickup/transportation was very convenient.
