The workers were very helpful and very nice! we did about eight different lines. The workers made sure that we weren’t scared and that we were safe before zip lining highly recommended.

The people were extremely nice but the zip lines were not worth the money. It’s only like 4 zip lines and they go really quick.

What was advertised and where we went were two different things. Zip Lined over cow fields and walked through cow fields from platform to platform with cow poo.

Everything was very easy from communication to pick up and drop off. We were a group of young adults and the experience was not as fun as we thought it would be but it would still good.

The private pickup was very good!
The Zipline was average.
Unfortunatly the guide was bored and Quickie dispatched us.
It is forbidden to take fotos yourselfs.
The fotos that should be taken there will cost 55 USD.
That is unbelievable!!

Loved this excursion! Beautiful drive up through the mountains and amazing site. The staff were awesome! We went with young kids (7 and 9) and they made it fun and safe for them. The views from the platforms were beautiful. I didn’t realize they also had horseback riding and buggys - I would have done that here too. The zip lines themselves only took an hour but it was worth it!

My family and I had so much fun. A great Mother’s Day Excursion. I try to go ziplining everywhere I visit. We even got some fresh fruit and water afterwards.

The guys at the Zipline were awesome, they were waiting for us, apparently they're not really busy in the afternoon. The drive there was oh my. No working seatbelts, the van was dirty with used water bottles rolling all over, there was lady in the front seat holding a baby no restraints. Half way there the baby threw up everywhere (not his fault) we had to stop to take care of him. They spoke to each other the while time and barely said anything to us. For $200 this was not worth it, it's advertised as 4 hours might have been 2.5 at the most.

Reservation started at 2pm. They messsged us and cancelled at 2pm. Refunded. Was not a good experience

I had to walk outside the gate, but communication was great with the company. It took about 45 min to get there and we got to see villages. We did it on a Thursday with a small group. There were 8 lines and it went quickly. I paid $45 for some pictures. Overall, it was fun and I’m glad we did it.

People who assisted were very nice and helpful, but the timeline was a little off and since I was the only one on the tour, it took 1 hour just to get the drive and another hour at the canopy to start. The zipline itself was less than 10 mins.

The transportation was someone’s personal vehicle. They tried to force us to go to the atm and get cash after we stayed multiple times that we didn’t need it. They made many sexual comments which made us 3 women very uncomfortable. I honestly thought something bad was going to happen to us.

in any moment we forced you to get money from ATM, we just told you if you wanted pictures of the excursion you had to pay for it, beacuse it's not include in the excursion, but your intension were to get it free, That's why you left this comment about harassment and you know it's not true.

If you are looking for a very short excursion this is it. There are only about 6 courses. The staff was super nice and friendly. We stayed at the Hyatt in Punta Cana and it was an hour drive to this place. We spent more time driving than on the actual excursion. My husbands rope broke coming down one of the lines but the guide grabbed him quickly and brought him down safely and replaced it was a brand new one right away. If you are staying close to this place it is worth it but if you are not I would find something closer to your hotel.
