Make sure you have WhatsApp active so our team can easily communicate with you. If you are staying at a hotel or resort, pickup will be at the main entrance. If you prefer to be picked up from the lobby, you can request access to our shuttle at the front desk on the day of your tour. If you're staying in an Airbnb or private residence, we'll confirm the closest and most accessible pickup point. In some cases, we use central meeting points. If your location is not accessible to our transportation, the meeting point will be: KFC Coco Bongo, Avenida España, Bávaro. We recommend contacting the assigned shipping agent a few hours before pickup to confirm the time and location. The carrier's details will be sent after confirming your reservation.
