Absolutely enjoyed the experience. The staff was very communicative very informative very helpful. This isn’t my first time zip lining, but this is my first time being so high up zip lining. The staff gave me extra confidence on each ramp. Definitely would do this again.

Not happy with customer service

My experience wasn't good. I book a excursion at 8:00 am. They changed the time twice. Again at 9:30 and Again for 1:00 pm. I reached out with no response about anything. I already made plans for 1:00 prior to this book. I'm looking for a refund due to its on their end of not being able to provide service at the time the event is scheduled.

It happened on a Sunday when they were also holding internal meetings, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation was for you. Very Unhappy and Disappointed!

Driver was 20 minutes late for pick up and was unaware of how many passengers he was taking to Zip Line destination. Also the Zip Line destination was over 90 minutes away from Cap Cana, which was unclear on Viator, and we only learned this when the driver finally showed up. All of these circumstances made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable, so our party declined to go on the trip. Also the Tour Operator and Viator have refused our initial request for a partial refund. Very disappointing and frustrating that no one cares about the safety of customers!

We had a great time! The views are amazing! The staff was friendly, helpful, and supportive. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you don't want to be bothered with the crowds of having multiple excursion activities in one place.

This was a first time experience for me and it was fun. The staff was friendly and made me feel safe. We booked on a sunday and they stated they didn't work long on sundays so we only got to do 4 lines instead of the 8 that were mentioned. If you plan on booking don't book on a sunday.

Had a great time at the zipline tour in Punta Cana! The guides were patient and very safety oriented. Our chauffeur may have had a few detours along the way, but we arrived safely and had a blast! It was just me and my husband, so we had the place to ourselves. They even took photos and videos of our awesome experience. Awesome Zip Line Experience

The crew was friendly and helpful. They were very reassuring to members of my family that was there for their first time zip lining experience. The only thing we did not like was the way we slowed down with a block instead of an electronic one. One of my cousins bumped her head several times on that block and it was a good thing we wore helmets, otherwise she would’ve gotten injured. The location was beautiful and all 8 of the zip lines were amazing!!! My family and I had so much fun even with the wood block issues.
