Pickup Areas: We provide round-trip transportation from all major hotels in the Punta Cana area, including Bavaro, Cap Cana, and Uvero Alto. For Hotel Guests: Please be at the main lobby (or the designated "transportation area") 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our drivers use branded vans/buses. Look for our representative holding a sign with the tour logo or your name. For Airbnb or Private Villa Guests: If you are staying in a private rental, please provide your exact location via WhatsApp or email. We will designate the closest accessible meeting point (usually a main gate or a well-known nearby landmark) to ensure a smooth pickup. Important Guidelines: Please provide a working WhatsApp number during booking so we can send you the exact pickup time and driver details 24 hours before your tour. Due to the nature of the zip line schedule, the shuttle can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at each stop. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops for the zip line).

BUYER BEWARE- The company canceled our trip due to rain and promised a refund. It has now been over a month and they stopped replying to my emails and have not yet given me a refund. On top of that the communication was terrible. I messaged them through the app every day for 3-4 days leading up to the trip to confirm a pickup time and tried calling the day before and got no response. I had to call Viator di rectory to contact them only to find out they had to move the trip to another day. On that day they canceled due to rain but didn’t inform us until 45 minutes after the pickup time

This is not the zip line experience we were expecting the pictures align with the hotel booklet promoting runners adventurers but this zip line is a different one altogether, the staff and the driver are great but the description of this place and the photos are misleading we thought we booked the correct one but it's not the case. I thought booking this via a reputed company would be better but this was a rip-off. This pictures shown in this refer to the 12 zip line rides only figured this out later !!!!!

Gillary Travels is very professional and prompt. We worked with Benjamin and his wife - real nice people who became good friend of ours during our short stay. He picked us up promptly from the hotel, advised us on the tours and provided lots of useful information while we were there. The tours that were scheduled and organized by him were very nice. We did the zip line, party boat and also Saona island tour. All were fantastic experiences. I highly recommend Gillary travels and Benjamin.

Driver was on time and asked us to walk down to the gate. We refused and avised on the room number so secirity could allow him in. He arrived he was nice He opened the door for my wife. The car was unmarked. He had a tshirt that said something generic to the effect of him being our guide. It was a regular 5 seater car. Just my wife and myself in the back. The driver in the front and A woman that we assuned was his wife. She never looked at us or even said a word to us. Also no one explained who she was or why she was there so that was very weird for 40 mins to and from. We stopped off at a cigar store where they give a history on cigars and roll them. We merged with another group we got a free small cigar each and i bought a 10 pack of the minis for $40 Canadian. We stayed for about 15 minutes and continued with our driver and the mystery woman. The ziplining itself was 5 stars. Its a bit of a hike to the first post and then there is a narrow set of metal stairs to climb to get to the other posts. My wife and I like that sort of stuff but some people we noticed were very tired. Im fat and my wife is fit but i can manage those kinds of things like hiking and clibing high narrow stairs. There were 4 stations to complete for our excursion. If the mystery woman wasnt there and the guy never asked us to walk to the gate i would have given this A 5star

The experience was amazing. Benjamin called us and told us when he would pick us up. He took us on a countryside tour to get photos. Then we traveled to see a Dominican house, where we enjoyed tasting mamajuana. Then we went zip lining on seven different obstacles. Super fun and safe. Next, we went and ate Dominican food at a mom and pop eatery. The food was delicious. We went shopping afterwards. Overall great tour would recommend again!
