It started out bad and went down hill. 1. They were an hour late picking us up from the resort. After spending 40 min on the phone with viator, who also couldn't help us. With the help of the resort we tried all the numbers that were listed, which none of them worked. I finallly got a message they were at the main gate to the resort and they wouldn't let him in. The driver forgot his paperwork, which would allow him up to the main door. 2. We arrived to the place and they wanted an additional 180$, which I wasn't going to give unless we were refunded the original payment. It was refunded so we paid the amount. 3. It turned into a poop show. We had a group of 2 buggies then meshed with another larger group and we were taken to the places we didn't want to go. I signed up for the muddy atv to see the country side and beaches. I did not sign up for the one who took us too all the little places to spend more money. 4. There was no mud, it was a dust storm with the huge group and the workers blasting up and down around you, just so they could take pictures. 5. Maybe depending on the time of year there might be mud, but buyer beware, all we did was suck sand.
