I rated it 3 stars because I got to do the three main things I wanted to do out of the 8. Which was zip lining, dune buggy’s and jump in the water in the cave. Last thing almost didn’t happen because the guide did not have the agenda. When you sign up it ask you if you want a English speaking tour guide, I said YES but we got a young man working on his English and made it hard at times to communicate. Thankful for google translator. Over all cool guy but Carlos was the person who contacted me on what’s up app that should have been our guide. Out of the 8 touren we actually only did the 3 I mentioned above, the city tour (driving around for an hour) and going into a very high priced gift shop (they wanted $15 for a kids t-shirt to give you an idea). There was no Horse back riding unless you paid $20 more, my tour guide did not know about the beach, the caves and other events. He replaced Carlos and did get our full itinerary. Lunch was just fruit and nothing more. The things we did do was very fun
