You advertise that we go to Cap Cana and shop and this was not in cap Cana. The hotel offered free trips to this shopping area which was 5 minutes away. I would like a full refund even though it was only $10. I have used Viator plenty of times and was always happy but not this time.

Excuse me, but it doesn't say anywhere that we go to Cap Cana. We're a shop and manufacturer of handcrafted cigars, so even though it's only 5 minutes away, picking them up and returning them wouldn't cost you even the $10 you paid. Any taxi or Uber would have charged you $35 just to bring them and another $35 to return them. So if you had paid on your own, you would have had to pay $70. But with us, there's no problem; we'll request your refund.
