Hotel Pick-Up Information* We offer daily pick-up service from most hotels and resorts in Bavaro, Punta Cana, Macau, and Uvero Alto for all our tours. ⏳ - Pick-up starts 1.5 hours before your scheduled tour time. *Pick-Up Times by Area*Bavarian, Bullhead & Punta Cana (Closer Hotels) Pick-up begins earlier: 7:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 1:00 PM (depending on your selected time slot) Macau & Uvero Alto (Farther Hotels) Pick-up begins later: 8:10 AM / 11:10 AM / 2:10 PM (depending on your selected time slot) ✅ *Important Notes* - Be ready at your hotel’s designated pick-up point (lobby, main gate, or meeting area) at least 10 minutes before your assigned pick-up time. Please confirm your pick-up location with your hotel reception in advance. *Out of the transportation Zone Airbnb/ Apartments* If you are staying at a property without direct transportation access, please meet us at our designated meeting point : KFC across from Coco Bongo Punta Cana (Downtown) *No Direct Pick-Up Zones* Miches → Guests must arrive at Playa Macau on their own (Uber or private transport). Locations too far outside our regular pick-up routes (extra transport fee may apply if requested). *Changes & Assistance* Need to update your pick-up location or time?
