We had a wonderful time. We sat right by the window and could see everything along the shore. The food was actually good. We were shocked. Haha. The boat is new and very clean. The staff was so efficient and very kind. We would recommend this cruise.

Beautiful way to enjoy the lights of Prague reflected on the Vitava river as you dine on a buffet dinner cruise. With dockage just off of the Old Town, this excursion fit our schedule and hotel location and was a great way to watch Prague slide by. The boat is large and holds many people so the buffet line was long and confused, That is really our only complaint about the cruise. But be aware that most taxis in Prague only accept the Karuna, not Euros or American Credit Cards and that getting to the dock might present an issue. Otherwise, a beautiful way to enjoy the Prague sunset on the river..

We thoroughly enjoyed this dinner cruise. The bar and the dinner were great and the entertainment was outstanding. The nights views of Prague made it a great evening! Highly recommend.

Very pleasant evening, cruising on the river, going through the lock, seeing the city at night. They met us at arrival with sparkling wine, and dinner was a buffet that was decent but basic. Music was pleasant too.

We did the evening cruise with a buffet 3 course dinner. Food was lovely with a complimentary drink on arrival, and the staff were very attentive. The entertainment was very good. We had a really good night

This cruise is a complete waste of time and money.You would be much better going out to a nice restaurant in Prague and then taking a one hour boat cruise .The food is terrible cheap and nasty besides the ham on the bone it was nice but everything else was just bland . The music could only be heard on one side of the boat even though it was advertised as being on the whole boat The price of drinks was very high. All in all a most disappointing experience as I was really looking forward to it.

Nice but not as sophisticated as the advertising would suggest. Went Delux level and still had to flight our way to the buffet. Staff very friendly and atmosphere very casual. No need to dress up. 3 hours was one hour too long. Limited sights along the way. Overall the adventure was OK. Was looking for something more romantic and special. Passed other boats that appeared to offer a more sophisticated service.

Food was warm, constantly trying to upsell wine, actually cold as well, ended up putting my coat on along with others. Entertainment was good, I was expecting to see everything lit up,.but was sadly a little disappointed.

So pleased we booked this trip before we traveled. The meet and greet was excelent. We opted for front of the ship window seat which we were pleased with. We enjoyed the buffet dinner Soup,Baked Ham on the bone, Chicken in Breadcrumbs, Beef Goulash, Spaghetti, Mixed Vegetables, Cold Meats, Salad, all well presented and cooked followed by a choice of deserts. A beautiful cruise on the river. Not to be missed. If I have one complaint it would be about the live music we could not hear it where we were sat which was a little disappointing.

Wonderful experience. The boat was gorgeous with a beautiful panoramic glass roof and an upstairs outdoors area to see the sights. The band played beautifully and were a joy to listen to. The buffet was great. Lots of choice and very tasty indeed and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Would book this again and again.

Really nice experience and the boat having windows all the way around makes it easier to enjoy the view from wherever you are.
The only thing I’d say is that I wish the music was more upbeat for the last hour.

The food was lovely. Staff were amazing. Perfect seats on the boat. The only things that let it down slightly were the band and the fact that the boat seemed to go round in circles. We thought there may be a commentary and they the boat would go further up the river. Aside from that, it was a really pleasant experience.

Beautiful and clean ship . Food was ok but no instruction was given at the time of dining . We were not even aware there was a salad /soup bar. Good singer entertainment but only half the ship could hear it or see it . We were not seated in the area you could see the entertainment. The ship was stuck in the locks for an hour of the three. City lights were beautiful at night and fortunately the weather was perfect which made it worth our while .

Boarding begins approximately one hour before the tour starts.
Thete is no seating at Dock 2 where this boat boards. Other docks have it, but this one doesn't.
Wait staff was great - very attentive and kind.
The food was mostly good . Some nice local dishes well prepared.
Beware - fried items do not hold up well on steam tables - the mini chicken schnitzel was almost inedible and rock hard.
The entertainment...the two people playing guitar and violin were great - the singer - good grief, she was terrible.
My husband and I spent the cruise playing "WTH is she singing?"
Everything she was singing was American or UK artists that we are very familiar with .
Unfortunately, the singer seemed to be quite intoxicated and was seen grabbing food off of the buffet with her bare hands.
It was a fairly cold night, so the canopy got fairly steamy, obliviating the outside view. You can go outside to get pictures, but be warned that pictures from inside isn't advisable.

Lovely boat ride lasting for the full allocated time. The music entertainment was excellent. The buffet was okay - but had to queue to get your food and no one told you when to get up to get your food. Hot plates were next to the cold puddings and the cold plates were next to the warm food which was the wrong way round.

The cruise was really really long. The food and service was fine. The down part of visiting during December made for foggy conditions. The city isn't lit up like Paris or London so the tour experience is heavily weather dependent.

3 hours was too long. When you advertised this trip it looked wonderful. The reality was not wonderful. Food was ok but my partner is allergic to a couple of things and to be safe only had a little bit of food as not sure if there was nuts in.
The service was great but overall the experience was dull we could not wait to get off. For the price you charged the expectation was not met.

Great boat, service, staff, entertainment, and not surprisingly, the views from the boat!
However, what I didn't like, was queing for food (would've much preferred a waiter service), and the lack of any fish options - given these boats are catering for an international market, it's not unreasonable for one to expect that 'fish' would be on the menu, but alas, that's not the case!
So if you're not a meat eater, you'll struggle to find something to eat - for me, it proved the most expensive greek salad I've ever had - the only thing I could eat, were too vegetarian options: spaghetti; and paella, but they were mediocre at best, and lukewarm if I'm being honest.
For the reasons I've outlined above, I wouldn't book this particular cruise again, but in fairness, I should've had a closer look at the menu before I actually made the booking - on the contrary, my wife thought the food selection was fine.

Food are no good, Beef has no beef flavor but salty black cornstarch gravy, potato zucchini was dry and hard to chew. Spaghetti has very little sauce on the noodle , and no tomato taste. Salad has mostly cabbage and lettuce not fresh green leaves salad. Cheese cake is too sweet. Everything need to pay even a cup of water. No view , all dark village and river. Only one little highlight when pass Charles Bridge about 15 minutes and dancing house. Mostly time are passing dark river no sight seeing. Not worth the money and time of 3 hours.
