Not worth the money

We thought the tour was not as represented and way too expensive for what we received. We were told in the planning stages that the time we picked for the tour may have to be changed because there may be a curfew in Prague for the tour guide and the guide would not be able to do the tour. We expected the guide to be “live” in Prague for us to see the sights, however, we were told at the very beginning of our “tour” by the guide, that he was at home.? While we enjoyed the short virtual tour- it would have been free on the internet, and was clearly not worth the money. We have used Viator many times to book tours and have been completely satisfied. Not so much with this tour.

Thank you for your feedback. The virtual tour is provide by very nice pictures and high quality video and the live guide consists in real-time guiding (not recorded). The payment is for the professional guide and his time. The concept of the virtual tour is made like this because of Lockdowns and other Covid 19 restrictions,while the main tourist attractions are temporarily closed

Excellent tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide! See you in Prague, Lukas!! Can’t wait for all the exciting post-pandemic trips, but, in the meantime, virtual journeys are terrific.
