This was such a fun experience! Emily and her family made us feel right at home. The food was incredible. We started off making tiramisu and then learned how to make incredible raviolis. With the left over dough we made spaghetti with lemon sauce. Then we got to eat all the delicious food! Phenomenal experience over all and I would highly recommend.

Our morning making pasta and tiramisu with Emily, Genny and their family was the highlight of our trip to Positano! It was so nice to hear Emily share memories of cooking with her grandmother and of their family traditions. You do not need any cooking experience for this class as Emily teaches along the way. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Positano!

I CANNOT tell you how much we enjoyed this experience. First of all, the family/the hosts were the most amazing, kind, hospitable, and warm people that made the experience so personal and heartwarming. Second, they did NOT skimp on the food! I'm stuffed! And the others who also booked the tour said they were all skipping dinner! We got an appetizer, 2 pastas, wine, limoncello, and tiramisu to end - and they were all good amounts of food! We learned how to make pasta and dessert - and I will be trying these recipes at home too! A wonderful time to savor natural and homemade delicious food, enjoy nature and the scenery, and just to unwind, relax and take your time to enjoy one of the best experiences while at Positano - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This experience was a HIGHLIGHT of our trip. Emily and her family were so warm and welcoming! We learned how to make tiramisu and spaghetti from scratch - both were the best we’d ever had. Emily generously shared stories about her family and their wonderful traditions around food and cooking. It brought back all the best memories of my own Italian family. I have already ordered the pasta maker Emily demonstrated and am inspired to create and pass on more family food traditions when I get home. Heartwarming, culturally enriching, inspiring, delicious - a perfect night that will stay with me for a long time!

We had the BEST time with Genny and Emily’s family during our cooking class! We learned so much about their family in particular their Grandmother, and we appreciated the history and culture! The food was DELICIOUS and the family was very accommodating!

Highlight of our trip! Making spaghetti in someone’s home was so comfortable and Emily made you feel like family. We all ate together afterwards and it was like delicious. Transportation was coordinated since the venue was hard to find.

This Positano Spaghetti Experience was the highlight of my 8-week Europe trip. Emily and her family made this experience extremely enjoyable and memorable. We were welcomed into their beautiful home, provided some insight into their family history, learnt lots about tiramisu and pasta, drank wine and ate delicious food. We had the absolute best time with Emily and her family. The view, food, and atmosphere was 10/10. They showed us how to cook an amazing Italian meal, we drank wine, ate appetizers, and by far had our favorite day in Positano. Would 100% recommend, they were the best and the meal was so fresh and authentic!!

I would give Emily, Genny, mama and papa 10 stars if I could. We travel a lot and in 30 years this was the best, most authentic experience I have had…in any country.
We learned sooo much, the family was sooo nice and I really appreciate how this family that has been in this area for generations respects the food, the art, their heritage and the people they get to share it with.
If you are anywhere near positano or sorrento for even a few hours YOU MUST DO THIS EXPERIENCE!!!

Book it. Emily was so gracious and hospitable, her whole family made us feel right at home on our first day in Positano. She even took it upon herself to coordinate a shared cab between the participants the day before. Such a relief. We learned so much and had a lot of laughs with new friends. The food was out of this world, maybe even one of the best meals in Positano. No gimmicks, just a really wonderful welcoming talented family. 5 stars!

Wonderful evening and delightful hosts. We learned a basic pasta recipe prepared with 2 sauces - relying heavily on fresh ingredients from their garden. Tiramisu was simple and delicious. Prosecco and wine were constantly replenished. Lovely dinner table set on the patio high above Positano. A little effort to get there, but Emily helped arrange transportation. Highly recommend. I’m a decent home cook, and learned some new tricks!

Amazing experience well worth the money and traveling a little bit outside of main Positano. Emily helped us navigate getting to her beautiful home. We made tiramisu and spaghetti. The family shared stories and prepared a gorgeous dinner for us using what we made. Emily then helped us get a car back to our hotel. Great experience!!!

Emily and her family were simply delightful! What a wonderful experience and delicious meal. We started with making our own Tiramisu followed by delicious pasta in 2 different sauces - DELICIOSO! This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. I would recommend it highly to anyone who loves good company, good food and good wine.

Emily and her family were warm & welcoming! The experience of making spaghetti & tiramisu from scratch was incredible. They also provided us with fresh fruit & veggies picked straight from their own garden. Even their olive oil was homemade. The location was also beautiful & the food was absolutely delicious! If you want to have an authentic experience, definitely book this cooking class. It was one of the best experiences we had in Italy. Emily was also incredibly kind, and waited with us at the bus stop until our ride arrived. 10/10 recommended for everyone!

Emily and her family were great hosts and taught us how to make our own pasta noodles, and tiramisu. They opened up their beautiful home to us and we got to see where they grow most of their own ingredients. I highly recommend booking this pasta and tiramisu cooking experience.

This was such a unique experience! Emily contacted us before our tour and helped coordinate transportation for us, and her brother met us at the drop off point and walked us to the house. We were greeted with prosecco for the adults and lemon soda for the kids, along with salami, cheese and other snacks. Angela doesn't speak English, but is an amazing cook. Emily explained everything and shared family history and recipes, all while showing us how to make tiramisu and pasta from scratch. Everyone had a turn at making pasta, and Emily was especially great with my daughter who has Down syndrome. The food was delicious (as was the wine and homemade limoncello), the views were amazing, and the family was delightful. We had three teenagers with us and they all had a great time and said it was one of their favorite nights of the trip. You may get more hands-on experience at a local restaurant's cooking class (chances to chop, cook, etc.), but this was an incredible opportunity to be in a true Italian family home and be immersed in their traditions.

This was the highlight of our trip !! We wanted to experience a cooking class that was authentic, it exceeded our expectations!!! The family was warm and welcoming and made us feel like friends the minute we arrived in their home . Don’t miss this tour , it’s an unforgettable experience. This was the best night of our Italy trip. We were welcomed into a family home, over 200 years old. We were taught how to make tiramisu, pizza, lemon spaghetti, gnocchi & stuffed zucchini flowers. Every ingredient came from their garden. They pressed their own olives to make the olive oil, made their own wine from their grapes, we used their hen’s eggs and all of the vegetables were home grown. We were involved every step of the way, and the food we made was insanely delicious!! We all left stuffed!!! I highly recommend this experience.

Angela and her family were amazing hosts. They made us feel like a part of their family. The food, the views, the experience was one of a kind. Such a warm and loving family to be around. The food was fantastic, multiple courses with dessert. Will definitely come again!
