What To Expect

Begin your day trip with pickup from your Pisa hotel. Hop aboard your coach and take off on an hour’s ride to Florence. As you go, learn the history behind the Renaissance city as well as the surrounding region.

Upon arriving, marvel at the city's architectural gems and bustling squares. See Brunelleschi’s famous Duomo, the towering Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria, the 14th-century Ponte Vecchio and more.

From there, walk up the hill to Piazzale Michelangelo, offering panoramic views of the city below. Snap some photos and gaze out at the Arno Valley before hopping back in your coach. Continue toward the Uffizi Gallery where you can admire the unique paintings of Michelangelo, Botticelli, Raffaello and Leonardo da Vinci.

Afterward, travel into the Tuscan hills for a stop at a winery. Swirl and sip four local blends, before returning to Pisa.

This was a treat for my husband in October. We were lucky enough to be only one of two couples going on this trip. We had a personal guide from Pisa to Florence and were the only couple on the city tour. Both guides were helpful and very informative. We joined other guests at the vineyard and had a very enjoyable afternoon of wine, oil and local food tasting. This was a full day and very good value for money.

It was a great day overall. Emilia and Adriano were wonderful guides, as was "Jumpy." And the wine tasting was the pinnacle, coming just at a time when we needed to sit down and relax. We would definitely do future tours with bellaitalia.

Luca es un guía turístico extraordinario, él va a hacer todo y más a su alcance para que tu experiencia sea inolvidable. Siento que pudo haber incluido más explicaciones en el tour ya que a mí en lo personal me encanta aprender de la historia de los lugares que visito. Sin embargo en general él hizo de nuestra luna de miel una experiencia inolvidable y muy amena. El tour comenzó a tiempo y duró un tiempo razonable para poder conocer todo. LO MALO DEL TOUR es que decía que se iba a la casa de Leonardo da Vinci y eso no es así... vas a Chianti, zona donde queda Vinci, pero no visitar el museo... eso fue decepcionante.
