Worst Experience Ever!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!!!! I booked some tickets at 8 AM for an experience to start at 10 AM on the same day. My payment went through for the tickets via PayPal. At 9:30 AM I was emailed that my tickets were cancelled. I messaged the provider immediately and said please refund my money. I got an automated message that my message was received. Days later I sent two more messages asking for a refund and got absolutely no reply. I then contacted PayPal to start a dispute to get my money back. This matter is currently pending.

Viator was terrible!

Paid for tickets, turned up to the venue and my husband and I were advised there were no tickets against our name. The Pisa ticket office rang Viator as there no tickets in the Pisa ticket system however I had a booking in the Viator app which I showed them. Viator advised there was a system glitch and that even though I had booked for 10am there were no tickets available at the time and that they could rebook me for 2pm. My partner and I were on a bus tour of Italy that was leaving at 12 so I advised I needed a refund. The Viator rep agreed and promised a refund. After 2 weeks I reached out via the Viator app to chase up the refund and was advised to contact the customer contact number. I lodged a refund request a few weeks later and was advised a day later ‘We apologize that you were not able to fulfill your travel plans’ and they declined my refund. Disgraceful behaviour, happy to take my money knowing full well we were at the Pisa ticket office contacting Viator asking where our tickets were on the day. I have only used Viator once - never again. If there are no tickets available don’t let people book, simple!

I purchased tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids through app for PISA tower entrance at 10:00 Am. Vendor issued me only 2 adult tickets for 10:45 am instead, without asking whether the change would be OK with me. I only found out at the entrance of the tower that the time and number of tickets were incorrect. I ended up not able to enter the tower because that later time does not work for me, and we don’t even have enough tickets.
