Well worth it, strange sensation

Whilst experience is short, it is certainly worth the climb. As my partners said, it is the 1st time he needed sea legs on dry land without a couple of drinks inside him. As the steps are marble and worned in places, you certainly need to wear good grip shoes.

Save the outrageous markup and confusion and go to the official website for the Tower and grounds. Doumo is free already and the Tower tickets onsite were half this vendor’s price. Do park at the enclosed lot called Tower parking. Safe and secure parking, easy short walk to the sites.

Booked my sunset tour. Arrived right on time and was told I was too late and I need to have a print out in hand. Perhaps this is not a Viator issue and had everything to do with the ticket checkers/security/ fun killers. Wasted $100 and for the 3rd time in my life I did not get to go inside the leaning tower of Pisa. Perhaps when I do end up going one day it will fall over wit me in it ;)
