Don’t trust Viator- ours didn’t turn up and haven’t responded to two messages so have cheated us of AUS $70

Guide never showed up and contact number disconnected! Viator even confirmed day before as usual. My daughter was so disappointed. Don’t bother.

The guide never showed up. We waited 30 minutes , tried to use the "chat" option in the ticket detail info and zero response. Ended up calling a New York number in the US to report the issue. Hoping they will refund.

I don’t like to be critical of people, but this experience was not what we had hoped. Our guide was disengaged, shopping for himself, said some sleazy things to one of our group, and offered no insight or help other than picking a few vintage stores. Google had already recommended those stores - we wanted an experience. I held off from posting this, however the experience really was not a good one, and if I could choose zero stars I would.

Ich war pünktlich um 15:00 Uhr am abgemachten Treffpunkt. Es ist niemand aufgetaucht. Ich habe 10 Minuten bei 2 Grad in der Kälte gewartet. Auf meine Whatsapp Nachricht hat auch niemand reagiert. Ich möchte gerne das Geld zurück.
