Itinerary
Meet your local guide at a prearranged meeting point a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and enjoy the start of the commentary about the famous landmark's history.
As you approach the tower, you'll proceed by elevator directly to the second level. Look around the second floor, which includes panoramic maps of Paris and a 1/50th scale model of the tower's original architecture. Enjoy views of famous landmarks like Les Invalides, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, and Notre Dame as you listen to your guide's engaging commentary.
Once your guided tour has concluded, you may continue to explore on your own. If you have booked the upgraded option that includs summit access, you can use the second elevator for access to the Eiffel Tower's summit, where you can get fantastic views from 1,063 feet (324 meters) up and purchase a glass of bubbly from the Champagne bar (own expense).

We arrived five minutes late and the tour guide told us they had to leave and we only had vouchers. This was upsetting because we had issues at our hotel and there was a lot of traffic. Very disappointed. Money wastes

A lovely tour and a knowledgeable guide. Give yourself lots of time before your tour begins to find the office for the guide. A good idea to book in advance. Be prepared for lineups and lots of people.

I am genuinely appalled by the treatment my family received. In 2026, no customer should be left questioning whether they have been treated differently because of their race, yet that is exactly how this experience made us feel.
I booked this tour as a surprise for my mother's 65th birthday, flying her in from Canada specifically for the occasion. We arrived at the meeting location at approximately 18:10 for an 18:30 tour. When no guide or group was visible, I contacted the company at 18:28 to ask where we should be.
To my astonishment, I was informed that the tour guide had already left. We were then told that the guide had departed from behind a store—information that was never disclosed during the booking process, nor communicated to us by message, email, or telephone.
During the call, we were asked to describe ourselves, including what we were wearing and our skin colour. After providing that information, the representative muttered something in French before abruptly stating that nothing could be done because the tour had already departed. The conversation was then ended by the representative, Vanessa, who hung up rather than attempting to assist or offer any solution.
What should have been a memorable birthday experience turned into a deeply upsetting and humiliating ordeal. We paid £221 for this tour and received not only no service, but also a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, or customer care.
Equally disappointing was Viator's response. Despite booking through their platform, they offered little meaningful assistance and appeared entirely indifferent to the situation.
Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, neither this tour company nor Viator delivered any of those things. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

The history of the Eiffel Tower that we received on the tour was great. It was quite warm and we did have to wait in lines to get in and up the tower, but we enjoyed our experience and am glad we took the tour.

Luna was an amazing, highly knowledgeable guide! The only down size was actually finding the site to pick up ticket/meet guide. Part of the problem was that the hotel & Viking River cruises guide didn't understand exactly the way to guide us! Every secondary tour group has different instructions! Very frustrating !I suggest
making reservations with Tower directly & skip the middle man.

“Tour” itself was very minimal. Maybe ten minutes of facts provided at a couple different stop points. Major benefit to paying for the tour is slightly expedited entry and lift line wait times. Going up the Eiffel Tower itself was great.

We were only 2 minutes late due to the crazy Paris traffic. I even texted from the uber that we are running a little late and we can meet at the foot of the tower. Didn’t get any response. When I called, I was told that we maybe able to join the group 2.5 hours later at 5:00 PM. So we waited and when the time came, the promise was not honored. We even proposed that we can go the the following day or the day after but they would not respond. Not a good way to treat a customer who tried to be as flexible as possible.

This tour was everything I expected. Our guide was terrific and explained so much about the Tower and the buildings in Paris. Very informative. The lines weren't as bad as we expected. Our weather was great and we could see for miles. Our guided tour was well worth the money. I'm sorry I don't recall our guides name, but he was terrific!

Leo was the best. He took his time explaining the entire process of getting into the Eiffel tour and up to the summit prior to entrance so there was no confusion. While we walked up and when we got up into the tour, we were given some history on the tower and France. Would highly recommend this tour.

Take a sweater if going to the summit. Book close to sunset so you can see the twinkle of the lights every hour for 5 minutes. It is magical.
