When we arrived there was no one there for us. I had to then turn on my phone plans travel pass for $10 only to continue to call the operator over and over and over with no answer. After more than an hour of wiating someone finally called me back as the operator was waiting in a different location (that was NEVER disclosed to me until this phone call an hour after waiting at arrivals) . The van was clean and the driver was friendly. There was no water bottles provided as promised. There was zero communication about our return service to which I have been trying to get information from customer service for the last 24 hours and still no one has contacted me with when we will be picked up. There are many other private transfer companies out there, I highly suggest going with someone else who makes your transfers flawless and easy. After a 7.5 hour flight we did not want to stand around at an airport in panic wondering why no one is answering. Awful. I will be requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and pure lack of professionalism from the company.
