El lugar es muy hermoso, sin embargo quede decepcionado de Viator, porque nunca entendí que cosa incluía el ticket de tour auto-guiado que compré… me imaginé que al menos la App me iba a sugerir donde dirigirme y darme un reseña histórica de cada lugar pero nada. Sólo me dio direcciones para llegar al lugar (lo mismo que hace Google Maps pero gratis)

Hola! es una lastima que no pudiste disfrutar correctamente de la experiencia de audioguías inmersivas, en las instrucciones del tour no esta estipulado que tendrás un guía, ya que se tratan de auto guías y la ubicación en el espacio debes hacerla por tu cuenta. Sin embargo ya esta en curso el proceso de tu devolución. Esperamos que puedas volver y dale otra oportunidad a la experiencia
