Estimados clientes, Lamentamos sinceramente que no hayan podido disfrutar de su visita al Louvre y entendemos la decepción que esta situación pudo causarles. Tras revisar la reserva y nuestros registros operativos, confirmamos que la actividad estaba programada para las 17:00. Sin embargo, su grupo se presentó a las 11:00, un horario distinto al confirmado en la reserva. Nuestro guía estuvo presente y disponible en el horario reservado, conforme a la información de la actividad. Por este motivo, lamentablemente no fue posible realizar la visita ni gestionar el acceso al Louvre fuera del horario contratado.
