Buy Your tickets from Crypts not here!!

PLEASE NOTE - The Crypts are worth seeing, just do not use this tour operator, go directly to the Crypts and buy tickets and save money!! Location is in front of Notre Dam, face the stair/bleachers and walk to left!

Wasted money

The tour operator Binge Tours was slow in understanding that my hotel was having server problems. was unable to download the PDF of our tour details. I did have a paid receipt on my phone to show the ticket office. They allowed us entrance based on the receipt but had no way to send us the audio tour section. All of my other experiences with Viator curated tours had URL tags to show the entrance agents. Binge tours has a bad system of delivery. We lost whatever value they charged us for the audio. It would have been better to wait in line and pay in person.
