Bus was modern and well organised. Cold but expected. Lights were amazing and finale under the Eiffel Tower was beautiful

Don't do it. We had 15 minutes of seeing lights and 75 minutes stopped, sitting in traffic with people honking at each other. It is not worth the money. You can see all the same things by walking within a two mile radius of their starting point. Listening system only worked periodically.

This was a great city of lights tour especially for Christmas! They timed it perfectly for the twinkles of the Eiffel Tower. Make sure to dress warm!

Horrible boarding experience. No rhyme or reason. Rude woman letting people on the bus. She picked who would get on first. Very rude to Americans and favored the French. The tour on weekend nights should come with a disclaimer that you will be stuck in traffic. I will never do this again.

Nice drive around the city to see the lights. The ride was thorough and longer than expected. Thankful we planned accordingly with layers for the open top bus since it was chilly out. Unfortunately we were not able to pick our seats and could not sit in the back where we are most comfortable.

Great way to see the Christmas lights around the Opera, Champs Elysees, and Eifflel Tower areas. The staff were not very nice, especially with boarding the bus, I think people who lined up early were expecting to be able to choose their seats and generally were not allowed. Traffic was as bad as other reviews mention (Sunday night) - tip: take the metro not the bus or a taxi to arrive at the tour on time as well as to get home! Also, emphasizing it gets COLD especially by the end! Warm coat, hat, scarf, gloves necessities. I'm glad I took the tour but warmer gloves and warmer socks if I could re-do.

It was nice to do a drive to see the Christmas lights, but having said that, Paris doesn’t have a lot of Christmas lights. Also, it would have been nice if they had played Christmas music during the tour. We’re glad we did it once, but would not do it again.

It was a train wreck. We were at the agreed meeting point 15 minutes early only to be told were there on the wrong night by their representative in the office. After I showed her our tickets with the meet time, meeting place and the current date for the tour, she then gave us two alternative locations to meet a bus and if we run, we might make it. We were late getting to it but due to their ineptitude, we made it. Then the tour left late and they drove us around for about an hour instead of the 1.5 hours advertised. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

This definitely isn't the tour to to take if you're expecting to learn about the sights along the route. After only a few minutes of using the audio guide I realized it's not worth using as the landmarks being talked about were nowhere near us. You're sitting on top of a bus in cold weather with lots of Paris traffic around you- not the best circumstances to listen to a headset. With that said we had a great time seeing all the lights out for Christmas time in Paris. The highlight was getting right in front of the Eiffel Tower as it sparkles on the hour! I'd say that alone is worth the price of your ticket as you get a beautiful unobstructed view from a higher level. I recommend tempering your expectations on the bus ride and you'll have a great time!

Terrible experience. Herded like cattle onto several
Buses with no narration or service other than a random narration from their non Christmas tour. Just awful. Literally were begging to just be let off.

The tor was wonderful but I must say the audio was inferior, from the theme of a young Brit sounding like she would go into the ritzy stores and hotels on a believability basis. A more sterile approach much would be more interesting , like in Louvre audio. There should have been wifi in view of the aggregated revenues for a one time setup charge and having plug in ear buds is long passe!

I LOVE Christmas lights, and Paris' Christmas lights exceeded all my expectations! To sit atop a tour bus with a clear view of the city, that was the perfect way to see them! Garnier Opera, Place Vendome, Champs Elysee, Eiffel Tower, river cruises along the Seine! Best part, our driver timed if perfectly for the Eiffel Tower light spectacle. It was like having a front row seat to the show! Thank you for a great memory of Paris, the City of Lights!

With the language difference it' complicates communication. Therefore, we were not able to catch the right bus. We paid for nothing. The bus driver didn't understand us and let us get on the bus even though I showed him the phone that showed what event it is. I am very unhappy with spending money on these tickets and not getting to experience it. Very disappointed. That affected four of us

This is one of the worst tour I ever been on. The drive was on his personal phone the whole time with it on speaker. He was rude to us when we ask about the heater downstairs.
Would not let us sit in the front row.

We took the tour in 2018 and it was exactly the same . There were not that many lights. I expected a bit more.

While the lights in the windows of luxury designers were fabulous, the lights around the sights were not at all impressive, and that is how the tour is marketed. You could just as easily walk down the 2 amin shopping streets for the same experience. Additionally, a cab strike made a 90- minute tour 2.5 hours before frustrated tour goers just got off the bus mid tour.
