The staff is not helpful at all when attempting to locate your guide. Be sure to get specific instructions as they are not willing to extend courtesy to Americans when asking for assistance.

Fabienne was our tour guide and she was just lovely!! She was so knowledgeable and made sure we did things at our pace as got to everything we wanted to see. Her appreciation for the beauty of all this art made our appreciation of it multiply. What a fantastic experience!!!
Guide did not wait even 2 mins and left without us they did not offer guided option anymore but charged us in full

As tickets for our tours are pre-purchased, we’re unfortunately unable to reschedule bookings in such situations. Regarding cancellations, these are handled in accordance with the policy clearly presented during the booking process.

Fantastic knowledgeable guide. Tour length was just right. My teen and tween were interested and engaged the whole time.
This tour does not include an inside guided tour of the museum as advertised. Do not waste your money on this tour. You basically walk outside, which you could do for free. Then the guide walks you to the entrance and leaves. You pay $145 for a ticket to the museum that is $22 or free for kids under 18.

So disappointed. I don't know what I missed on the booking, but this was an outdoor tour of the Louvre. We were not the only group that screwed up and thought this was for the Louvre. The outside tour for 45 minutes was not worth it. The guide showed pictures of pictures you will find inside the Louvre. Especially disappointing because it was a cold day and

I recommend using a tour guide. This person was able to provide an overview of the Louvre in general as well as information on certain pieces of art.

Excellent tour….covered the important pieces in a museum where you could spend days. Excellent guide.
Our guide was fantastic... we would have any tour with him again. He was passionate, shared ideas in a way easy for a lay person to understand, for us just the right length of time too. I

It was not busy. I arrived 30 minutes beforehand to the correct meeting point by the statue of Louis. No guide appeared. I asked guides present if I was perhaps in their groups but was told I wasn’t. It wasn’t busy so impossible to miss someone. I have asked for a refund but my request has been declined. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration.

We offered you a partial credit for the tour but we are unable to send guests individual tickets because the guide has a group ticket for the tour.
Our guide provided a historical perspective on the Louvre and artwork within. It was an educational and beautiful experience.
My kids liked the tour guide. He walked outside the Louvre and wasn’t given tickets to go in. He should be more enthusiastic about the tour. It may be boring for him but he still needs to be enthusiastic about the place.
Guide knew which art was most important. Loved her sense of humor. She was very patient. Lovely person.
Ely was very knowledgable and friendly. Two hours well spent with an expert that allowed me to go on my own for 3 more hours

There was some history of the French monarchy, and events leading to the revolution. However, for the amount of monies paid, I expected to have a tour guide inside the museum to give some context on the important artworks. I saw other tourists with guides inside by the way.

Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We only had a small group of 6 which made tour more personable. Due to large crowds it was sometimes hard to hear..
The tour was very good, but the check in process was a little disorganized. The museum itself, while incredible, was extremely crowded, making some viewings impossible.
We had a lovely tour guide. The museum was amazing!! Definitely allow time to explore it all!! The tour plus our own exploring took a few hours. We missed seeing the garden as we had to get back for a late afternoon booking.
Beautiful place to visit. Our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and funny. Made learning the history of Paris very entertaining.
Mona Lisa was the star of the show, but seeing all the other work of arts was just amazing. Just beautiful!
The tour was well arranged and managed by Sid. Really loved the way Sid held the group together through the huge crowd of visitors, explained the history associated to the art work, the building structure and the french monarchy intermixed with really good humor. Highly recommend taking this tour with Sid.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person. The one shortcoming, of this, and other, group tours is that it is only the guide who has an actual ticket, and that is for the entire group. Although the guide invites you to remain after the tour to enjoy other pieces at the museum, getting from one wing to another is tricky, and following the directions offered by museum staff can result in crossing the reception lobby. Without an actual ticket you cannot get from one wing to another using that route, for you will be denied entry to the other wing without that ticket.
Inflexible unfriendly tour agency , had another tourist group who were also 10minutes late and were not able to join the tour anymore, not recommended!!
Very interesting tour, I learned lots of new things. Also a good wait to skip the queue and get tickets sorted with ease.
In the huge mass of people waiting in front of the Louvre, we were unable to find or guide. Luckily, the telephone service was helpful and we were sent our entry tickets by mail so that we could still see the Louvre. The guided tour would have been nice because there was very little information about the exhibitions in the museum itself.
The lady guide was extremely knowledgeable and Her service was excellent !!!
