You will arrive at the lounge to redeem your voucher and wait for your appointed time to begin your tour. Our tour guide, Aladdin, was fabulous. We had a short walk to the tower. Once we showed our ticket and went through a preliminary security screening, we had time to use the restroom and take pictures. We then entered a priority entrance. Although it was a busy summer day, the line was not very long. Aladdin took us up the tower and shared historical facts. Once he finished with his presentation, the official tour ended. However, we were able to explore on our own. You are allowed to bring a refillable water bottle and there is a fountain near the restrooms.

Love the tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were however disappointed that we purchased to go to the summit but it was closed due to the heat wave with zero offer of a discount or partial refund.

Tour was supposed to start at 4:45 yet we didn’t make it to the tower until 5:45 due to the tour guide stopping to wait for out people to join our group. Due to the heat we couldn’t go to the very top of the tower which I paid extra for. Tour guide was new to his job and it showed. After an hour he was done with the group and we were on our own. Waste of money to have a guide for this tour. Not professional and I wasn’t impressed. I paid for a two hour tour and got 45 minutes worth.

The tour was excellent. We learned so much and had an excellent guide, Sol, who made sure we didn’t miss any highlights. I’d always done a self-guided tour of the Eiffel tour in the past but found this tour to be well worth what I paid for. Sol made it easy for us to get around, either took us or advised us to where we could the best views from the tower, and generally made our visit do much easier.

The experience was like no other. We met at a ticket office right around the tower, then heading to the elevators. Everything was neatly organized and in no time we were on the second level and even the top. The tour was designed for a basic introduction to the tower and then free time to explore on our own which my family enjoyed. Thank you!

“Tour” is a misnomer. The “guide” told us very little about the tower itself; the tickets were insanely marked up (the actual ticket to summit was 37.60). Felt like a huge rip off.

Eiffel Towrr was amazing, the “skip the line” is a must. Good luck on getting a good guide…choose your travel company wisely. Cocky and rude is no way to help visitors experience what may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Overall fun experience. Be warned - even if Eiffel Summit is 'sold out' on the website, just go to the Eiffel Tower - they released tickets to the Summit just as our tour was arriving. You can save a lot of money. Due to this the Summit was extremely crowded. We got to the Eiffel about 1 hour early and just walked the grounds (you can enter without a ticket) -- at that time the Summit did not have any tickets - the video screens said Summit closed due to capacity. As soon as our tour arrived approx 345pm, the video screens changed to Summit Open - tickets available. Oh well! Could've saved like $200. Still a fun tour.

Abby was great - super friendly, very helpful with several in the group that needed a bit of extra assistance, and a very positive personality. Would love to have her again or go on another tour that she does. Recommend going in the morning if in the summertime. Crowds really pile in midday and makes it a lot more tedious

The instructions to find the tour company were easy to follow, and the tour was well organized. We were early and were told when to come back for check in and given the option to wait inside if we wanted to. The groups were split in an orderly fashion, then our guide gave us instructions about what to expect on the short walk to the tower and the security once we were there. He kept the walking pace reasonable for the group, which included a few older people and a few children, and gave us some interesting history about the tower along the way. At the tower he took us to the second floor and gave us a brief explanation of the sites, then left us to explore on our own. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Tour guide basically gives you a quick introduction about the Eiffel Tower and brings you to the second floor. From there you are on your own. I would not call this a tour.

Our reservation was for 10:30 we called and said trafific was terrible. We were told that it was going to be ok to get there at 11am. We arrived at 10:46 and were told there was no way to get us on the tour and we couldn’t even get in the louvre

Very badly organised without clear instructions so we missed tour and got no refund. Called the phone number listed and was told they couldn’t assist and to google the toll free number, tried that and the person that answered said wrong number.

The tour guide was rude and slow. It took too long to walk from the meeting place to the tower and then a long wait to get started. Our family left before we even went up. It was too slow and too hot. We will go back alone without a rude guide another day. Horrible waste of $.

Our guide, Alex was great. I was worried that with a larger tour group we might have trouble hearing, but that was not a problem. We purchased tickets all the way to the top and although the tour did not go up there, Alex made sure we were in the right place to take the elevator all the way up. This tour was worth the money just for the fact that Alex was able to skip all the lines!

This was a great experience and the time with the tour guide, Ami, was great in getting us information for when we explored on our own. The tour left right on time and got us to up to the top after a brief intro at the bottom

Definitely worth it to have a guide to make the best of our time at the tower. Camillo our guide was personable and knowledgeable. It was especially helpful to have him take us to all sides of the second floor and point out the landmarks of Paris. I’m afraid of heights but the second floor was very comfortable viewing for me.
