Our tour director never showed up. Our tour was canceled. And the person I called on the phone was of no help. So we did not even get into the building. I am waiting 3 to 4 days on a refund when they’ve had my money for over month.

This meant we were obligated to reschedule our morning tours. This was an unfortunate force majeure event that was beyond the scope of our control. We reached out to you on several occasions in the week leading up to your tour, to share updates about the strike and to suggest options for rescheduling your visit. When we received no response from you, we had no choice but to cancel your tour. We notified you of the cancellation the day prior, and we ensured that Viator would provide you a full refund. The timeline for this refund is based on Viator’s policies, not our own. We do appreciate your feedback, and we understand your disappointment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will continue to do our best to inform each guest and offer them multiple options if force majeure events occur.
