Romain is the best!! He is perfectly communicative for necessary arrangements and we found each other very easily. The ride was the most welcoming we could hope for! Excellent driver, big crowds

Dee was excellent driver. We were a bit confused as to the way things would go at CDG airport, had no idea how long it would take to clear the passport control and get bags. He was there on time and kept giving us info where to meet him. Passport took us over a half hour due to HUGE line. Traffic into Paris hotel MUCH longer than estimate online. Closer to 100 minutes than an hour. Be aware. If you arrive on red eye, allow 2 hours to clear passport control and get your bags.
