If I could give this tour 10 stars, 20 stars, 50, I absolutely would!! This tour was magical and there's nothing like being in the open air of Paris, zooming around, feeling the breeze on your face, seeing the beautiful sights and people; it was PERFECT.
Our tour guide was excellent. He was great at communicating how to operate the quad safely, traffic rules, staying safe, all while showing us the city and sharing historic facts.
This was definitely a highlight of my trip and I HIGHLY suggest you take book immediately. You won't regret it. It's worth every penny.

Everything about this tour has been extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, unsafe and this is before even leaving for the actual tour.
The meeting instructions are misleading. You are instructed to meet at a local meeting point, where you are then guided to what appears to be a parking garage/alley/car wash area. Once you arrive at this location, you are then told that you must pay an additional $250.
There is no mention of this additional $250 fee on Viator when booking the tour. An unexpected charge of this amount should absolutely be disclosed upfront, before customers arrive and are placed in an uncomfortable situation.
The entire process has been confusing, unprofessional, and concerning from a safety standpoint. Customers should not be directed to an unexpected location and then informed upon arrival that they owe hundreds of dollars in additional fees that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
I would strongly recommend that Viator and the tour operator review how this experience is being advertised and conducted. Transparency about all fees, clear meeting instructions, and a safe, professional pickup process should be the bare minimum.

We are sorry to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect our customers’ usual experience or the information provided to them.
The amount mentioned was not an additional fee, but a security deposit. The €650 security deposit is clearly stated on our listing before a customer can even complete their booking. All customers therefore have access to this information before booking and follow the same security deposit procedure, with the authorization released at the end of the tour in accordance with the applicable procedure.
Regarding the meeting point, the customer arrived 18 minutes after the time she was required to be there. Despite this delay, our guide waited for her. To make her arrival easier, while she was still in her Uber, we sent her images showing the exact location where the guide was waiting. Less than a minute after getting out of the vehicle, she had met our guide.
Regarding the location, our quads are stored in a monitored parking facility with an on-site attendant and a vehicle washing area, where other vehicles, including high-end vehicles, are also parked on a long-term basis. It is a dedicated and secure facility for vehicle parking.
We have received very positive feedback from our other guests regarding this tour and regret that this particular interaction resulted in a different experience.
I didn't get to experience. Our plane was delayed. We didn't get to experience this ride touring Paris.

Amazing , good safety lessons before ride and amazing tour/ride guide. I will obviously be back again.
This was an incredible experience and a great way to see the landmarks. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone going to Paris.
I booked with this company weeks in advance and they wait until the day of 3 hours before to give 4 pages of information and requirements to meet before you can ride. lol of course if you don’t meet qualification there is no refund lol go figure. Then waited until my start time to text me that they have alternative options and could squeeze me in at 950. My original time was 530 and made plans for the night so I just gave up. It’s like they want to do nothing at take your money. So be careful. I have a big following on YouTube and will make sure to let ppl know all about his b.s, only in Paris
We arrived for the experience at 9:26 and waiting in the location stated for almost 20 minutes and at no point did we see a tour guide in a yellow hi vis. The tour guide is now claiming we were a Spanish couple that attended using our name and is refusing a refund.

Great ride through the city at night! Tour guide spoke perfect English. The only pause we had was that we did not know they were going to take a $400 “credit card hold” per quad upon arrival.
Great time ; great guide. A very nice change of pace. I think the price is a steal! I would have definitely paid more.
I went to the pick up location I was there for one hour and they never showed up no tour guide no one and I tried calling them several times they never answer

I am afraid but on the day of your tour we had other customers who did the tour and enjoyed the tour, you were not present at the meeting point on time, otherwise you would have done your tour.
we ask all the customer to be atr the meeting point on time because we can not be late for the other tour.
It is up to the customer to be on time at the meeting point, if you arrive after, it's normal that no one was there to pick you up.
The tour company was great. We missed our original booking due to some travel issues and they worked to find us another slot on the same day even though bookings were already full. The sights on the tour itself were stunning :)
Such a fun experience! Tour took us to some of the top sites to see throughout the city. Guide spoke English and French and translated for us for convenience. Would definitely recommend to do as a night activity!
One of the best experiences ever! We have been coming to Paris for 40yrs and never seen it quite like this. Mario was THE VERY BEST guide, took care of everyone and has such historical knowledge.

I’ve been to Paris 3 times now (I’m from the states). I thought I had seen all there was to see in Paris and talked about being done with Paris… wow! Was I SO wrong!!! Our guide Mario took us on the adventure of our lives! The quads were such a unique way to experience the city. I will for sure be returning so that I can go to the places I hadn’t yet seen. 5 out of 5 stars for the ride, the guide, the communication leading up to the tour, thorough training on how to operate the quad, and experiencing this fantastic tour at 10:30p on a Friday night! Book it, you will not be disappointed! (I am a 40-year old woman with a 15-year old niece sharing a quad. We both loved it!)

Une catastrophe! Nous avons attendus 1 heure en plein froid pour une activité Equad le soir et finalement personne n’est venu car le prestataire n’a jamais reçu la réservation de Viator.
