Driver was very nice and horse was beautiful! I proposed to my girlfriend at the petit palais which was 30 mins into our trip. I’d definitely recommend! Such a fun way to also see the city!

We just finished the two hour tour and it will be one of the experiences we remember most from our trip. Philippe, our guide and driver, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Otis, the horse, was amazing to watch. We had our 4 year old with us and she LOVED it, and enjoyed the huge number of people taking photos and video.
We cannot recommend this tour enough.

The coachman was super nice. We did confirm the location the day before and he was right there when we arrived. We had the top down when we started but had to put it up when it started to rain. The cover works great and kept the rain out. I was concerned with the rain but still a fun ride. It was a great way to end our time in Paris!

All I can say was WOW… a must do… started to a bumpy start with location pick up, my fault with and being overly tired from our flight, but it was for sure worth every penny, and the most amazing way to see Paris.. Thank you Philipe for being so patient and understanding. If you are going to do one thing in Paris please do this. Take lots of pictures with your family , which I forgot. I was just so amazed by journey .. my family can not thank you enough

This was the most magical and romantic way to explore Paris. 100% would do this again. The carriage driver was so professional and informative. He took the most incredible photos using our phone in front of some picture perfect spots. I messaged him before hand to confirm meeting point and he provided a clearer description of the meet up point and arrived 10 minutes early. I proposed on this horse and carriage ride and it was like a fairy tail, my partner absolutely loved every second. This is a must. You will not be disappointed, you will feel like a VIP for the ride!

The carriage was beautiful and the entire ride was very relaxing and a nice unique experience as this is the only horse and carriage ride in the area. People including locals were taking pictures of us as we went by. Phillipe, the coachman was very nice and informative. Highly recommend.

The best thing we have done in Paris so far. A relaxing way to see the sites which makes it so easy to take pictures. Plus the driver pointed out all the sites and gave lots of information. The carriage ride was a beautiful respite from a busy day. A great price for memories that will last a lifetime

The coachman was professional, courteous and patient. He was forced to park in an area outside the normal due to the open field by the Eiffel being blocked off to protect it until the Olympics. Our USA phones were not working all that well, yet he patiently waited for us. As we were heading back to where the taxi dropped us off, there he was. We were 15 minutes late, but he still gave us our full trip and was very engaging. His horse followed perfect commands and made his way through rush hour traffic! What a thrilling experience - we highly recommend this experience. Follow his directions for the meeting place - he will give you an address and will be there when he comes from the previous ride!

This was an incredibly dreamy experience riding through Paris in a horse drawn carriage. A draft horse is used to pull the carriage and the horse was incredibly smart. The coachman instructs him throughout the journey which was impressive in 4-5pm Saturday night traffic. It draws a lot of attention, which I didn’t expect since this is a tourist location and this is obviously offered on Viator. But, we ignored that and just enjoyed the journey with the cozy blankets and champagne :) Highly recommend.

This was honestly one of the best experiences of my life and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to see Paris in style. My teenage daughter and I both agree it was so special and so much fun. The coachman was a lovely man and the horse was just beautiful.

We showed up 10 minutes late for the carriage ride because of Paris traffic.
The horse & carriage was not there.
We called Viator and was told the meeting spot was different from the original directions. My wife went there: no horse and carriage.
I stayed at the original location until after the ride should have been concluded; no horse and carriage.
I asked two other tour operators if they knew anything about the horse and carriage ride. Both pointed to the same spot on the Champs de Mars as it location and both said that they had not seen the horse and carriage all day.
I am not happy!

The best experience we had in Paris. The carriage was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The path was magnificent, with beautiful views serenely enjoyed. The champagne was cold and crisp and lovely. The kids enjoyed it, and we had a romantic evening.
But also- it was nearly ruined by the your previous making an error, and the driver waited for us and calmed my nerves. He was kind and patient and wonderful.
And his horse! A gentle, gorgeous, massive Clydesdale with a fantastic personality who lowered his nose so my son could pet him without needing to be asked. The horse was healthy and strong and radiant- clearly well loved and well kept. We felt so good leaving the tour!

What a great way to see Paris, we took this tour myself, husband and horse obsessed 8 years old daughter. Was collected on time and then rode around Paris for an hour seeing all the sights. I was pleasantly surprised of how much we saw and our guide was great at pointing out sights and stopping at a couple for pictures. The horse Otis was lovely and made my daughters trip.

This is the most amazing way to view the Eiffel Tower and Paris at night!! I can not recommend this tour enough. I will definitely take this tour again anytime I am in Paris.
