They did coordinate the zip line and sanctuary and got us there and back but it felt like a very expensive uber. Once at the sanctuary and exhibition we were guided by a very large group tour , the driver did not do any guiding just drove us there and back. If you want to save $400 book directly with the zip line company and exhibitions (they are Nextdoor to each other) and take Ubers.

The driver picked us up 1 hour late! It was NOT a private tour! The only thing this tour offers is a ride to and from the activity. I could have saved $400 by taking an Uber each way. And I wouldn't have been Late!

However, we made sure to stay in communication with you at all times, and you decided to wait to proceed with the tour. Despite the small inconvenience, all planned activities were carried out as scheduled. We are saddened to hear about your dissatisfaction, as during the tour, everything seemed to indicate that you and your group were fully enjoying the experience. Honestly, we don’t understand this attitude, as all the services and activities we promised were provided. We truly don’t want to think that you might be trying to take advantage after having received everything offered. Of course, we don’t believe that is the case, but we wanted to share our perception based on how everything unfolded during the tour. Regarding the comment about Uber, we want to clarify that at no point did we force anyone to use our service. You conducted your own research and made the decision to book with us. An Uber could never provide the level of quality we deliver nor the safety we guarantee throughout the experience. My husband and I booked the Zipline and Sloth Sanctuary Tour with Embera Tours and we were not disappointed! Bill, our tour guide, was extremely kind and shared his vast knowledge of Gamboa and the Panama Canal. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing exciting and fabulous time. The guide was very informative, helpful always giving updates and make if sure we understood where we were going. Our tour could not be done Monday because of cleaning and the guide got us discounts to zip line I recommend this tour.
