Pretty good. Our guide, Oliver, was very friendly. He’s a German native who has lived in Oslo for five years. He gave us a lot (too much) info about politics and current events. We would have liked more info about the sites we were standing at rather than what he did talk about. I think he did his best and could use a better list of information / training about the sites. He was good, perfect English, and did a good job but the tour could use more info about the list of sites in the list on the itinerary.

Guide didn't turn up and there was no communication about that. Contact numbers did not help either.

The tour was cancelled without any notification. We are now 4 hours past the cancellation and my funds have not been refunded. This may be a scam. Stay away.

We had one day cruise stop in Oslo and wanted to see as much of the city as possible. This walking tour hit all of the major sights in the city centre. Our guide, Tetiana, made the tour exceptional. She was funny, charming and incredibly knowledgeable about Norwegian history and culture. She emigrated from Ukraine 12 years ago and has fully integrated herself into Oslo life. She’s a great advertisement for Norway. And a fine example of what immigrants can add to a city.

Nice overview tour with knowledgable tour guide. Just be aware this is a high level overview of key sites on Oslo which was perfect for us since we were first timers in Oslo.
The tour covered many sites and points of interest. Our Norwegian guide spoke fluent English and communicated exceptionally well.
Emily was fantastic!!!! Very informative! She was extremely knowledgeable! Really enjoyed our time in Oslo

We were given the wrong location for the English speaking tour on our tickets so we missed the tour. We have requested multiple times for a refund but Viatour has refused to give us a refund despite proof on our tickets. Possible glitch in sign-up on the web site which gives two locations to meet the tour when in reality each location is for a tour in a specific language. Our tickets did say English speaking tour but for the German speaking tour location. I have used Viatour on several occasions before and had been happy with my experiences. I was surprised at the lack of follow up service on this particular tour.

This is a great tour for a crash course in history for the main area. We were so cold from the wind, but that was ok us. She did a great job explaining the sites we did go to. I dont think this is for kids, just adults. We did enjoy what we saw.
From the moment we started, our guide Ann Marie brought the city to life with fascinating insights into its rich history. It was incredible to learn about how Oslo has evolved over time, and hearing stories about its people like the royal family, Henrik Ibsen (playwright), and Edvard Munch (artist). We enjoyed going into the Opera House and strolling around. She also told us about changing of the guards in front of Palace, which happened after our tour so great timing. Awesome time in a small group with our guide. She made it fun, engaging, and educational.

Great walking trip around Oslo with a very knowledgable guide! Beautiful weather and Anastasia (our guide) was lovely!
Judit is a wonderful tour guide. We enjoyed the tour very much, but some of the guests were in a hurry and rushed us along. Judit tried hard to get them corraled.
We booked an English walking tour via Viator and received confirmation with meeting details from the Vox City the day before. On the tour day, no guide showed up at the meeting point. After contacting the Vox City Tour, we were told the meeting point was actually elsewhere. We rushed there—still no guide. When we called again, the staff was rude and said no English tour was operating that day, and we should contact Viator for a refund. Our refund request was later denied without any explanation. Extremely unprofessional, and disappointing—avoid this tour.

Exceptional tour of center city Oslo with great coverage and excellent recommendations for food and museums.
It was very nice to know a bit of history and expend my knowledge about the Norwegian people. The buildings look amazing and the guide had a lot of knowledge to explain something if we had any questions. Very lovely~
Anastasia was absolutely AMAZING!!! My partner and I booked the 10am tour but went to an incorrect meetup point and ended up super late. At around 10:30 we decided to give the tour company a call to see if we could meet up with the group at a different point. Turns out we were the only 2 people on the tour and Anastasia kindly met us again at the meet up point around 10:40. She didn’t need to do that as we were atrociously late, but yet she did which was extremely kind of her. She then did the tour with us for the full two hours, allowed us to stop at a tea shop for an unplanned break and gave us an additional 40 minutes of her time beyond the tour’s end time so we could do the full thing.
The tour itself was aLeo incredible! She is very intelligent and knowledgeable of Norwegian history, current events, and geopolitics around the world so we had some great conversations. We HIGHLY recommend this tour. Anastasia literally made our vacation and time in Oslo.
This was a really fun tour and great way to see and learn about Oslo. Our guide was great and we had a nice, small group.
