What are people saying about Oslo

No waffling on this experience
Andreas led us on a nice walk through the forest along well worn paths. The terrain can be uneven but the pace was perfect for our group. Andreas stopped along the way to tell us about the area and added in some local lore. The views of Oslo were spectacular and the mountain pond where we stopped for waffles was picturesque. Andreas packed a light snack and drink and cooked us traditional waffles which were delicious. The weather cooperated and this was a great experience. Andreas was also a great guide and host. Our group recommends this experience.

An inspiring story brilliantly told
Learning about the 1st explorers to the North Pole, their ship and the contents taken (including a Christmas tree!) was truly fascinating. The story was told via a myriad of media to hold one’s interest - a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you Fram Museum.

Great way to see Oslo in a day
Excellent bang for buck if you just have a day for Oslo. It is not one of those bus tours that drops you off and then leaves you to yourself the whole time. Having a guide and additional context for Vigeland, Fram and the folk museum made the experiences more impactful. It's a brisk pace, which I liked.

Fun tour and you...
Fun tour and you obviously cover a lot of ground on bikes. King Harald V passed away on the day of our tour so there were more crowds than usual on part of the tour. Our guide respectfully adjusted our route. Oslo is such a bike friendly city and riding through the various neighborhoods was a great experience. Our tour guide shared so much knowledge about the city and country.

Historical and present day Oslo
Gives a great historical background, talks about the economy and government structure, and takes you to the highlights of Oslo. Ludo was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and very warm person. Hated for the tour to end. Left me wanting to know even more about Oslo and Norway. So interesting!

Public Ferry Guided Tour
Oslo tour on the public ferry with a guide. Alicia was super knowledgeable and really made the tour go. As a guide she added to the whole experience. As seasoned traveler who has travelled on a budget I want to keep it real. If you don’t need the info and background knowledge and just want to see the islands of the Oslo fjord you’re better off just buying a ferry day pass and island hopping yourself and saving the money. The guide makes the tour but you don’t need the tour to experience any of this. You don’t need to be a seasoned traveler either anyone could do it on their own.

Food, Fun and Facts in Oslo
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this walking food tour of Oslo. We sampled some delicious food and visited some noteworthy spots of the city. While walking, our guide, Sjur, shared with us some of the little known facts about Oslo and its people. I would highly recommend this tour to experience Oslo in a different way.

Beautiful Oslo
Very informative and enjoyable experience. Thanks very much to our guide, Daniel, for doing a fabulous job keeping us entertained with his sense of humor and detailed knowledge of Oslo. Highly recommend doing this tour with Daniel as we don’t know where the time went!

Great way to see Oslo
This was a lovely tour and a great way to see Oslo from the water.
The boat is really nicely maintained, the food and bevs were good, the crew was friendly, and the guide gave just the right amount of information about places we passed.
We lucked out with beautiful day. Totally worth it!

Great food and conversation
Francisco was an excellent guide. We had only 2 on the tour, so his being an excellent conversationalist filled the time between and during the 3+ hours walking and eating at 4 locations. Food was fresh and tasty at all stops. Portions add up to a meal and a half so come hungry. Good spacing between stops and a slower pace for us mid60 year olds, especially since it was uphill throughout the tour until the last stop.
Our one recommendation would be a different beer stop focused on Norwegian made products.

Great intro to Oslo tour with Amy
Great tour. Guide, Amy, really knew her stuff. Answered questions from the group. Very upbeat. Didn't push, gave time at each stop. Great for the older person. Got lots of good information to fill in rest of trip with some of the places mentioned on tour.
