From History to Bites—Oslo Done Right
An unforgettable afternoon exploring Oslo through its flavors and stories. This food tour was the perfect blend of local cuisine and rich history—each stop thoughtfully curated and every bite telling a story of Norway’s culture.
What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Marianna. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the afternoon with an old friend—warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She brought the city to life with insights you simply wouldn’t discover on your own.
Despite the Easter holiday, she went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss a thing—offering thoughtful recommendations and making adjustments so the experience felt seamless and special.
If you’re looking to truly connect with Oslo—its people, its history, and its food—this tour is an absolute must.

Not to be missed museum in Oslo
Fascinating museum. The ship, Fram, which carried explorer Roald Amundsen and crew to the South Pole, is there in all its glory. The museum is build in a triangle form so that the top of the mast can be included in the museum. Visitors can walk all over the ship, talking a tour of the deck, crews' quarters, kitchen, boiler room and dining table, all laid out. Photographs and placards describing the expedition, as well as videos, are there too. Free lockers provide a place for coats.

Discovery Tour
The Discovery tour was wonderful. Rita was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and funny. We learned about the history of Norway and enjoyed the tour of Vigeland park. The tour included entrance to the Fram museum and Kontiki. Rita gave us a tour of both. She was a great tour guide.

Wonderful Winter’s Day Excursion
A wonderful 3.5hr winter excursion walking around 2 of Oslo’s beautiful islands. Our guide, Giovanni was outstanding, taking us on a great mini-adventure, sharing interesting facts and fascinating anecdotes on the history and lifestyle of Oslo and its exceptionally friendly and welcoming people. For those wanting an outdoor experience in Winter, I couldn’t recommend this more highly, and I’m an Aussie who has had to transition from 40 deg C to -8 deg C!

Great Overview of the City
Alexia have a great tour that gave us a better inside of the city. The sites and the pacing of the tour was great. We really enjoyed it. If you are looking to get a lay of the ground this is the perfect way to do so, especial on one of your first days in the city.

Awesome Way to Tour Oslo
We loved our Oslo Hidden Gems and Food Tour with Idunn. She was friendly, approachable, funny and just lovely. Besides that she was knowledgeable and we learned so many interesting things about the city. It was lots of walking which we enjoyed and were able to get a feel for the city - even in cold winter weather. The fish soup was abslutely delicious, the lunch gave us a taste of a good variety of fresh Norwegian food, and the waffle and brown cheese was the perfect warm ending for a wonderful tour. Thank you Idunn and Oslo Nature! Paige & Dave Kerr

Lovely host, gorgeous boat, premium experience
Me and my partner enjoyed a 2-hour guided tour of the Oslo Fjord on a wintry afternoon in December. We have been on many boat tours around European cities, and this was by far the best. Upon arriving at the boat, we were greeted by a very friendly and bubbly Alecia. We boarded the modern, immaculate and cosy electric boat, which lives up to its name – it is silent!
It was a quiet tour, with not very many people, but we were still given a high level of service from Alecia and the rest of the team. The tour was very interesting, our host seemed knowledgeable, shared interesting information and had a great sense of humour. Our safety and comfort seemed to be the priority. We loved our trip and would gladly join again. We’d happily recommend it to friends and family. 10/10, first-class service!

When visiting anywhere,...
When visiting anywhere, taking a day tour with a guide can be a lot of fun. On this trip, Elena did a very good job in explaining things and telling the history and stories (from memory) and made the group event worthwhile. I enjoyed the Fram and Kon-tiki museum towards the end, as daylight hours are becoming shorter in November. The bus was operated safely and climate controlled for passenger comfort. Thank you for a great day when discovering Oslo!

Fun. Informative. Beautiful.
This bike tour was the highlight of our stay in Oslo. Our guide, Curtis, was excellent. He was fun and knew so much about the history of Oslo & Norway in general. The cycle itself was gentle and we saw most of the city highlights. He recommended a local, fun & funky food court so a group of us went over afterward to have lunch.

Exceptional excursion and guide.
It was wonderful. Janis, our driver was great. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very long day but he made the excursion a pleasure.
The scenery was breathtaking and worth all the time and expense. Flam railway was so beautiful. This was probably the best trip we took in Norway.

Excellent informative Oslo walking tour
The walking tour was excellent. Lots of history and information about Oslo and Norway was given. The walking was easy enough without many hills or stairs. Our guide Olav was funny and entertaining while also being very knowledgeable. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

It’s all about the guide!!
We had one day cruise stop in Oslo and wanted to see as much of the city as possible. This walking tour hit all of the major sights in the city centre. Our guide, Tetiana, made the tour exceptional. She was funny, charming and incredibly knowledgeable about Norwegian history and culture. She emigrated from Ukraine 12 years ago and has fully integrated herself into Oslo life. She’s a great advertisement for Norway. And a fine example of what immigrants can add to a city.
