Excellent local guided tour of the area. Fantastic customer service by our driver Leroy. He was super personable and friendly. Great knowledge of the area and terrific driver in the challenging traffic. Met us with a sign and clear instructions. Would not hesitate to use this company and Leroy as our driver/guide again.

He was a very Pleasant gentlemen, but not really a lot of sightseeing. It was not very enjoyable. Would not recommend for anyone looking for actual “sight seeing”

A sightseeing Tour meaning that we start from ocho rios while driving slowly we take you to defrent places and show you the housing development, where some of our people live, we show you a little of the country side in the meanwhile we show you the many different medical plants and tell you everything about them and explain just about everything to you, a sightseeing Tour is where you learn a lot about our beautiful island and able to see where some of our local people live and see some of the real Jamaica. I would encourage you to come again and do the same sightseeing Tour and pay careful attention to it and get the knowledge of it.
This Tour help you to learn a lot about Jamaica it's a very good experience we have got many many 5 star's reviews from our sightseeing Tour.

Took the tour with Winston. He was awesome. Learned lots about the island, the plans, the fruits. Drove through the hill of Ochi, drove up Fern Gully. Stopped to take pictures at the top. Would recommend this tour to someone looking to get off the resort and learn/see the island more

Leroy was our guide and he was lovely. We had clear instructions of where to meet and Leroy was waiting to meet us off our cruise ship. He drove us all round the Ocho Rios area and told us lots of interesting things about living in Jamaica. He was happy to wait for us at a shopping mall too before dropping us back at the port. This was a great value personalised tour and so much better than sitting on a large bus. Thanks Leroy!

Winston was our guide and he was right on time picking us up from the cruise ship. We told Winston we wanted to see the real Jamaica not the tourist shopping mall. He was happy to oblige and we were very pleased to learn about the flora of this beautiful island and the area around Ocho Rios. Winston was very knowledgeable about the land and he would pick various leaves, flowers and fruits so that we could taste and smell them. We saw the beautiful million dollar mansions of the Jet set and the DYI houses of the local people. We visited with some locals when Winston introduced us to a rafting guide and we tasted some local food and really enjoyed relating to the people of Jamaica.

There were no real sites planned to see it was mostly driving around. The driver did not speak one word after lunch back to the ship.

I'm so sorry you didn't understand what a sightseeing tour is about, a sightseeing Tour is to drive around and see the difference places and and see some of the medicinal plants and see little of the real Jamaica.
But while your driver was on the Tour you've requested to do the Blue Hole water falls and your driver take you there.
I was lucky to meet you at the Blue Hole and you told me how much you enjoyed it, after the Blue Hole your driver take you to lunch by your reqest and after that back to your ship.
You customize your Tour and your driver did what you requested.
And so I do apologize for you didn't satisfy at the end of the day, but I'm hoping that you will come again and book a different Tour so you can enjoyed it.

Driver was very professional and courteous but drove very very slow which made the trip very long and very boring, plus the minivan we wasn’t in good condition and at some point we didn’t think we’d make it. Woul not do it again.

I must first apologize for the experience you had, but a sightseeing tour are always done on a slow pace, this is a trip where the Tour Operator takes time out to introduce places of importance, interest buildings, take you where you can get a over view of ocho Rio's and some special plants ect. It is not normally a fast trip because this would have prevented your driver from showing those things to you. .I am sorry this was not what you expected. You have mention the
minivan wasn't in good condition
but I'm sure it's in good condition
and we got many good reviews for this driver. Once again I must apologize for the experience you had and I hope you will Choose Tour Jamaica Today again for other excursion to experience more of our beautiful island of Jamaica.

Wonderful experience, our driver Winston was on time waiting for us, he gave us a great tour of Ocho Rios, he was very knowledgeable about the Fern Gulley area and all of the different herb and plants, very clean vehicle, very patient and in control driver, I would recommend him to anyone visiting Jamaica for the first time as well as often visiting, he made our experience memorable and a learning one, bless up to him

We learned so much about the rich culture of Ocho rios. We got to also do bamboo rafting, visIt a local shop, and are erk chicken at Scottie's. Great way to start my birthday.

We had a great experience on this tour. Henry was our driver and he took us all around Ochios Rios. He showed us a list of attractions and allowed us to pick where we wanted to go. We went to the blue hole early before the crowds arrived. We also drove through the Ferngully and had some amazing jerk chicken.

Winston was great! He provided the perfect suggestions for our family of 4 given the limited amount of time we were in the area. The meeting place was convenient to the port, the vehicle was large, clean and comfortable and we always felt safe. We beat the large crowds and had an amazing day in Jamaica. Ocho Rios is a beautiful place we can’t wait to come back to. I would highly recommend Winston to all my friends and family.

The driver was not knowledgeable about the area it was just a ride to the store. I could have easily rented a car for far less money and take ourselves to the store. This sightseeing account should be taking down because it is a scam. That company just call a cab for us which we could have done ourselves.

You had your tour December 21, 2023 which was indeed a sightseeing that you booked for you, as you have mention that your tour experience was only to the store I cannot agree with you, as I the manager of this tour company wasn't your driver but I had the opportunity to personally even meet with you both at one of the locations that your driver took you to, I was introduce to you by your driver ,I greeted you both I asked how was your tour going? You answer and stated that it was going on ok while I recall you both taking photo at the sightseeing locations over looking the ocean and Ocho Rios town, your driver also carried your to other location, I can testify to you getting a full sightseeing
tour because I personally had other guest and happen to be at the same location your driver went to.

Winston is truly a gem! Me and my kids visited Jamaica in March for the first time and decided to book a tour of Ocho Rios and we couldn't have picked a better tour guide. With Winston it was like being with family... he showed us around and gave us so much insight and history about Jamaica. You could hear the passion in his voice when speaking about Jamaica.. you can tell that he truly loves what he does. He customized our trip to our liking and took us to some cool spots where we got some of the most gorgeous views of Jamaica. We even sat down and had a meal together like we were all family. Viator does Tours the best no matter where they are. They hooked up with Henry in Ocho Rios and he was so knowledgeable and professional. We used Viator for our trip to Barcelona Spain as well and the service was consistently good.

Absolutely brilliant trip. Winston was the man with all the information. It was our fist time in Jamaica and so Winston recommended a few things to show us and then was interested in what WE wanted to see. There were a variety of things, from FernGully to Mick Jagger's house. Lots of history and botanical information too.
We even stopped for sweet treats. Nothing was too much trouble for Winston and we were chatting away like family!

Winston was AWESOME. Truly a gracious and sweet man. My son and I really enjoyed him being our tour guide. He showed us so many sites in and around Ocho Rios. Winston was even kind enough to stop us at the various trees that grew different herbs, spices, and roots and took them off the leaf so we could smell it. He gave us so much history as well. I would 100 % recc this tour with Winston.

Before our cruise left, I searched extensively for shore excursions. We already knew about all the tourist spots, and we wanted to avoid the crowds and lines, and get a more personal experience…. And that’s what we got with Winston. He was punctual; waiting for us before the cruise ship even docked. He gave good advice as to what was open, and where to go first. We wanted to experience the Blue Hole, and he got us there before anyone else was there. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! He took us where we wanted to go, and gave us all the time we needed! I definitely recommend Winston, and hope he’ll be available if we should ever go back to that side of Jamaica. Thanks Winston!!
